Hotel Seville is a perfect place to stay whilst exploring Havana as well as havinging leisurely times around the swimming pool. The place is spotless has a nice breakfast, a snack bar near the pool and a 24 hour bar/restaurant in the plaza. Great if you come back from an evening out. My room was cleaned every day to a high standard and frequently got a free bottle of water. But what makes Hotel Seville stand out from the other hotels in Havana is its staff. Every single person was so helpful and friendly giving me a warm welcome each time they saw me. Especially Gilberto and Harold whose English was perfect. This was my third visit and I will definitely be coming back

The hotel is a stunning older beauty. The foyer is gorgeous and perfect for chilling out and the lobby bar is great for 5 a.m. expresso and 2 a.m. cocktails. The room was basic enough but we knew we would hardly be in it and all the amenities were present, clean, and correct. Breakfasts were the usual buffet but the team was very attentive to coffee refills and any questions we had. The thing that ramps this review up is the people who work there. They made this a perfect stay for us - they were all respectful, funny, responsive, and had a generosity of spirit that really made the experience for us. We had an unfortunate morning where the lift broke down and the team worked so hard (alongside our Travel Rep; big shout out to Artemio and Love Cuba - I'd strongly recommend) to ensure we, and others, suffered as little inconvenience as possible and were encouraged, and celebrated, for putting up with the issues this briefly caused. The customer care was impeccable. The pool was lovely too. If we go back to Havana we'll go back to Sevilla - big thanks to the Team there!

From Nivia the boss of GEX to Yaneisy, the service was excellent, 5 stars. All personel was very courteous and the hotel is beautiful, well located in the center of Havana City. The room was perfect, with an amazing view of the city. I will come back to Sevilla's hotel anytime.

A great hotel in central havana. They organized all our transport seamlessly, the internet is excellent (important here in Cuba) and rooms clean and well airconditioned. The 24 hour patio restaurant was great for when we came back from fabrica at 1am and needed a snack. All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Gilberto

Rooms are clean with hot water and the AC works very well . Hotel is well located in the middle of the city center Nice breakfast with attention to detail. Very friendly people there . We spend a week Thanks to Harold the happy negrito here . Great hotel all around

Our first time in Havana and was amazing. The hotel was wonderful and all clean. Breakfast good enough. Workers from hotel are kind and generous. Everything that we needed, the staff help us all the time. An amazing experience and we will be back!!
