It was loud half the night my room I booked was working on it had to get me another room was not happy about that

Les lieux etaient assez propres mais les chambres non fumeurs sentaient la cigarette. On nous a changé de chambre 2 fois mais le personnel a été très accomodant. Pas pire pour rapport qualité prix

Rooms were small and top blankets were strained bathroom area small and water out of shower was coming out very slowly

Good location, quiet. The facility condition and cleanliness need to be improved.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered long, black hairs scattered on the bed, pillowcase, and bathroom towel, providing an unpleasant experience. The dirty toilet and stains on the refrigerator handle were hard to overlook. The pillow, aside from being stained, had hairs inside. The dirty bedding added to the overall feeling of an unclean place. In summary, this experience fell short of basic expectations for hygiene and comfort, and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Took a spontaneous snow day ski trip. Had to get front desk to get a clean blanket and enough towels. Rooms are small but convenient easy in and out with one story motel.

Room in much need of repair floor tile in bad repair tub in bad repair door facing scratched up by pets not the best I have stayed in here this time I got below what I paid for.very displeased.Tony

The room was old and unkept. It was a dead bug in the bathroom and just overall didn’t feel comfortable so I checked out and did not stay overnight like I attended to.

The toilet tissue inside the bathroom was very moist as if it had been dropped in the toilet and sit to dry. The unit was cold. I wouldn’t recommend it was a three out of 10.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Toast, instant oatmeal, dry cereal for breakfast. Several restaurants and a Kroger in walking distance. The light by the door number was so bright I couldn’t read the number from the car. Furniture, woodwork and outlets are in need for rehab. However worth the price.

I'm willing to tolerate sacrificing all of the luxury hotel perks for an inexpensive room without a view. But a MUST HAVE for me is CLEANLINESS. The room reeked of smoke, there was a sticky substance on the floor, the bedding covers had burn marks and stains. The photos are VERY deceiving. All of the guests in the section of the hotel we stayed in we all smoking right outside their doors, which were left open for their pets to come in and out as they pleased. I won't be staying here again. Pay the extra $10-15 for cleanliness and peace of mind.

Out disability room was given to someone that was not disabled. We had a regular room. Very hard for my husband. Beds too high. Threshold , he is on a scooter.

Sheets on the bed had stains and a few hairs. It didn’t feel clean to just lay back and sleep. The customer service was good, but I would not stay again. Thank you.
