Very good location. Comfortable bed. My kids love this family room very much. Will book again this hotel when I return to Shenzhen. They offer free wash cloth, free tea and cookies. These is a pro for us when we long stay in Shenzhen. Love this hotel! Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and it has a mix of both modern and historical vibes with the olden lamps. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!! The beds were bigger than most hotels too. Wifi might be a lil hard to connect tho, but that’s a small issue since modt of us would’ve bought data plans. Starting from the receptionists to the cleaner aunties, everyone was so SWEET AND LOVELY!!! They tidied our room daily and even made sure to change our toiletries daily. Laundry service was such a life saver. Service was top notch!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 The location of this hotel was PERFECT. It’s right at the mouth of Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Just go downstairs and start ur shopping/eating adventures. There’s also a dimsum/porridge place right below the hotel which I loveeee for their food! One small issue is that the toilet is not really separated from the shower area. So if sby is showering, u can’t use the washroom and vice versa. A bigger issue is flooding—If many ppl shower one after another, and hair gets clogged, the drainage system is p bad so water seeps out of the toilet into the open area and nearly wetting the carpet itself. But overall, i love this hotel for its comfort, location, service, value for money, and more! Would rebook this hotel for my next stay.

Hotel hardwares are getting old ; water leaks mark seen many locations of the room including ceiling .. an old torn out hotel with a reasonable price ….

Room is comfortable, and housekeeping clean the room well daily. Best service is free laundry, and the staff can assist you to wash & dry your clothings.

Been here to their other hotel's many time around china ,this hotel location is great but the lighting system is little faulty lights turn on its self middle of the night hard to control with the digital panel..and hot water supply is limited..overall not a bad hotel..

Pro: Comfortable bed, nice breakfast and tasteful design. Con: Need a bit of fixing, smell of smoke.

The location is good but supposedly the non-smoking room still has the cigarette smell, above average and hope the hotel operator will look into it.

Great location and walking distance to metro. The room is clean and tidy but water is not hot enough for showers during our stay. Restaurants and food street just round the corner and easy to access. Highly recommend and will come back again.

Nice to stay here at Atour X Hotel Dongmen Luohu, the reception service is very good. They provide complimentary late check out at 6pm. The location of this hotel is super convenient , and close to LuoJie metro station walking distance and even closer to Shaibu within 5 minutes.

Hotel was very conveniently located, with food options all around! Also within walking distance to the MRT! Service was good & room was clean & comes with disposable cover for the bathtub! Amenities was well prepared with toothbrush etc!
