Ulasan Infanta Mercedes

Kamarnya tidak besar, tapi relatif higienis. Ada kulkas kecil, tidak ada sikat gigi, tidak ada selimut, hanya selimut, sikap staf layanan sangat baik, meja depan juga sangat antusias, menjawab semua pertanyaan, dan tidak ada masalah dalam komunikasi bahasa Inggris. Ada jalur 1 di dekatnya, yang dapat dicapai dalam enam atau tujuh menit. Jalur 10 sedikit lebih jauh, dan tiba dalam waktu kurang dari 10 menit. Supermarket juga sangat dekat, daerah sekitarnya sangat sepi, dan selebihnya bagus! Secara keseluruhan harganya bagus!

Hotel yang sangat bersih dan layanan staf yang sangat baik.

Muy buen hotel para ser un 2 estrellas. Algo alejado del centro pero bien comunicado por Metro y relativamente cerca del Bernabeu. Muy buen desayuno de bastante calidad con variedad normal, ni escaso ni tampoco en una cantidad exagerada de productos. Habitaciones sencillas y algo mejorables pero en general cómodas. Si se pilla un buen precio es bastante recomendable.

Zona muy tranquila. Hotel funcional para alojamiento.

Un trato inmejorable por parte del personal del hotel, las dudas que teníamos sobre la ciudad, nos las respondieron e incluso la que ni nos oudieron contestar en el momento, la buscaron para decirnosla. La habitación muy limpia y recogida. En definitiva es muy superior a los demás hoteles de la misma categoria. Precios muy asequibles y tranquilidad. Sin duda repetiremos.

Muy buen servicio realmente, te orientan acerca de cual es la mejor ruta para tu destino, muy cerca del Santiago Bernabeu y con locales cercanos donde encuentras de todo.

The hotel was well located and I only spent 1 night there as I was in transit. Sadly I forgot my electric toothbrush and its casing, and when I realised and followed up the following day I was told there was nothing left in the room. I was quite saddened and disappointed as it's relatively new and a birthday gift :(

Excellent little hotel in a great area. Plenty to see and do nearby, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and transport links. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not fancy, but very good value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything really, apart from a few tatty bits here and there in the room; however, it was very clean.

I spent my last night in Spain at the Infanta Mercedes hotel and had a pleasant stay. A 5-minute walk from the Tetuan metro station, it makes it super easy to get to either the airport of the two train stations. Since I had a flight the following morning, this made it quite convenient to make my way to the airport. It was a bit expensive for a single room, but cheaper than most similar hotels in Madrid. The room was more spacious than expected for a single room, and came with A/C, a small tv, and a mini fridge. The bathroom showed some signs of age, but was clean and suited my needs. They offer a buffet breakfast for 7 euro in the morning, but I was leaving too early to try it. Though public transportation will take you anywhere, the Infanta Mercedes hotel might be considered a little far from the action for those wishing to explore Madrid. But for a short stay, it was exactly what I needed.

I stayed 10 days in that hotel. I changed rooms several times because of ongoing issues but that is not even something I want to complain about, what I want to complain about is the treatment and insults I got from the younger boy a reception worker and a very outspoken cleaning lady, small, dark skin who at first I thought was the boss of the hotel based on her behaviors. In one of the rooms I stayed, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, it was very hot, I called the reception, no one could help me. In the morning hours the air conditioner came back to life but at the same time it came very unpleasant smell, my whole room smelled like a public toilet. I called the reception back, the boy picked up annoyed, I explained what was happening and if someone could come up and do something about it, he refused, saying he can give me again another room but right now all rooms were full and I had to wait, so I did but the smell was impossible to stay in. After some time I called back again asking if rooms were available, he picked up again annoyed not even willing to talk, I do understand if there are no rooms available there is nothing to do, but his attitude was rude. At some point the room stank so bad I came out and waited in the corridor, I came across the cleaning lady who I asked if she could come to my room and see about the air conditioner because I didn’t understand what was happening, whatever I said to her, she answered abajo on repeat in a demanding way, I was thinking, well it looks like everyone is in a bad mood here today. She came down with me, that boy came to the reception and had a meltdown in front of me, his hands were shaking, freaking out telling me that I have to understand there are no rooms available, all I asked was for someone to come up to the room and check the stinky air conditioner. I went back to the elevator, and those two couldn’t wait and talk bad behind my back, I came back telling them I understand Spanish, he said, we don’t talk about you but about the rooms, I went back upstairs, I got a new room, wanted to take a shower, but the head shower was bad, the water pressure came just from the middle hole and it was impossible to regulate it, I called him asking if he could exchange the head shower as in other rooms they worked well, he came up angry, telling me with a straight face that the head shower is working good, he again had a complete melt down shouting at me if I don’t like the rooms, I should look for another hotel. Afterwards he came back with another head shower with the bossy cleaning lady both insulting me loca, que loca, muy loca on repeat, wondering what was my actual problem, thinking I don’t understand Spanish, I couldn’t believe my ears and my eyes, I never got such a treatment in a hotel before. After some time I left the room, the cleaning lady was on the same floor, seeing me and continuing saying loca on repeat. After two days I had to change again this time there wer

Simple hotel, nice and clean and well located. At the hotel description they state that there is a parking lot available to customers, however when i arrived it was told it was full. So, i had to park on the street in a paid public park, which is incorrect. Don't get fooled, if you're looking for an hotel with parking for your car, do not book this one.

Nos alojamos solo una noche porque volvimos a Madrid de un viaje largo en avión y necesitábamos un hotel asequible y cerca de la estación de Chamartín. La habitación me la esperaba mucho mejor. El sillón de cortesía de la izquierda nada más entrar tenía suciedad. El techo tenía telarañas. Las sábanas estaban limpias pero se veían bastante gastadas. Una de las puertas del armario estaba rota. El marco de la puerta del baño estaba hinchado, como cuando se sale el agua del baño y se hincha la madera. No dijimos nada en recepción porque llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada cansadísimos pero reconozco que no era lo que me esperaba. Si buscas un hotel para solo dormir una noche, está bien y por como están los precios en Madrid, bueno… lo aceptamos. El barrio se veía bueno y justo al lado hay una cafetería para desayunar. El hotel está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos hay una parada de metro que llega a la puerta del Sol. Barrio muy tranquilo y con muchos sitios para comer. Muy buena relación calidad/ precio. Volveremos sin duda
