The hotel’s service was poor, we booked couple bed room, when we arrived at room there was two single beds, we talked to them they just refuse to change the room for us, and they add these two beds together. Secondly,I ordered a tea they told me it’s free, when the boy brought the tea he requested money, we told him we’ve been told it’s free, we came back to call reception, the boy was gone, the next day they didn’t put our daily free tea as usual in our room, also when we check out the charge us, imagine they charge us twice for the mistake that they made!!! One more thing the pool was so dirty, I could smell Clorox bleach from 5th floor!

I was in this hotel with my family for one week it was nice and clean and very friendly staff in the heart of Jounieh with a nice breakfast all the rooms has a great sea view I love this hotel . The only thing at Saturday night the voice of the caffe near the hotel was too loud I couldn’t sleep Good that night.
