Perjalanan yang sempurna dan hotel terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali. Detail layanan tercermin dalam setiap detailnya. Saya benar-benar tidak menyangka Anda bisa menyalakan kembang api. Ransel yang disediakan oleh pihak hotel sangat indah dan buah-buahannya sangat lezat. Saya memenangkan hadiah besar, jadi saya mengikuti acara hotel dan mendapatkan dua tiket ke taman es dan salju. Pemandian air panasnya agak mengecewakan karena sangat ramai dan tidak ada udara segar. Kamarnya bagus. Lokasinya agak jauh dari tempat lain.

Hotelnya agak jauh dari tempat wisata utama tetapi kami menikmati sumber air panasnya, putri kecil saya bersenang-senang menjelajahi kolam renang dalam ruangan dan area anak-anak.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I have paid 5x as much as this a night for a far worse hotel before. Staff where excellent couldn't do enough for you and many of them spoke good English. Room was stunning with a very comfortable bed and Japanese style toilet. Breakfast was good and hot spring was good too.

A large modern resort hotel, connected to hot spring facility. Very spacious, and the breakfast was lovely. It is quite far from the city, and there's very little in the local neighborhood regarding shopping or restaurants.

Hotel room is big and clean, exactly like the photos shown. Hotel give us ginger teas and a small bag with some useful items in it like face mask, heat pack and etc. They even give us a set of shower sets when we check out. Hotel staff are friendly too, highly recommended!

Excellent customer services provided by the hotel team especially the manager Eric who assisted us for more than beyond during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the hot spring facilities and services in the hotel, but not the private bathtub in our room. Wish the customer staff in the front desk or belt boys should have known or are being trained well about the daily schedule of airport shuttle bus. Anyway, we had a memorable experience of indoor and outdoor hot springs and great time during our 3-day stay!

Overall was 5 stars. The hotel is very warm hearted by providing a small pouch bag with heated pad, masks, and other items. They also offer free mid night snacks.

Wonderful resort that is worth spending a night or a few at if you’re in Harbin. Polite staff and nice atmosphere. Rooms are also nice and clean. The hot springs area is beautiful and some of the themed pools, like the hotpot with real vegetables, is a fun touch. I thought it would be super crowded here but I was happy to see that it was very comfortable and plenty of space to accommodate all guests. Will be staying again some day!

Everything was good about the hotel except for its location as it is quite far from the attractions in the middle of the Harbin. There’s a direct bus to the airport which cost 20 yuan per person and it takes around 1.5 hr. They have free firework which allow you to set firework.

The staff at this hotel are very good. Smiling and polite. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is quite lovely. The breakfast buffet was better than we thought it would be, catering to westerns as well. French toast with strawberry sauce was a nice surprise. Great coffee. Spa was nice. Just wish in the winter one could go outside to cool off and come back in to the saunas. I am sure in summer the outside part of the spa would make the experience better. A few of the buttons that turn whirl pool effect on in the pool are broken , but besides that we liked it.
