"The hotel location is very convenient especially for travellers who intend to do short layovers in Harbin. The front desk staff is also very friendly and also collects all my taobao parcels even though I have many troubles with couriers before arriving. Plus point is there is free airport transports to and fro which is very convenient and there is also alot of food places that are walkable nearby the area. I will stay there again if I visit this area! :)"

"Orang tua itu membawa anak-anaknya jalan-jalan ke Harbin dan memesan Hotel Yuefeng. Sikap pelayanannya sangat baik dan transportasinya sangat nyaman. Pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah ada di lantai bawah dan sangat dekat dengan Central Street. Karena ada orang tua dan anak-anak, pihak hotel khusus mengatur kamar di ujung atap. Sepi sekali, perlengkapan mandi anak-anak ditata terlebih dahulu. Mereka juga menyediakan pemandu makanan yang sangat perhatian karena itu adalah sarapan untuk penukaran poin, dan itu adalah hari terakhir. Tidak ada sarapan, tapi pihak hotel menawarkannya sebagai hadiah. Orang tua itu sangat puas dengan hotelnya dan berterima kasih kepada Yue Feng atas layanan tulusnya."
