Hotel dengan Balcony di Harbin

I really recomend this hotel for 1st timer in Harbin. The location is just infront of the famous street. I was really happy I booked this hotel. Whenever I need toilet I can just walk back to my hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The midnight snack staff was kind and bubbly I hope the hotel management increase her salary. She is a gem to the hotel. On the last night of our stay the hotel prepare some souvenir. TQ really like them ! Check in was smooth eventho the receptionist has zero english. Will stay here again.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

The service was great. We were given a honeymoon gift on our first night by the cleaning staff, and they were really sweet to come early the next day to give us extra bottles of water. We especially would like to thank 2029 服务员for always greeting us so warmly, and for keeping our messy room tidy. The hotel is along the main shopping street, so it was really convenient to get to places and to get food around the area. It was also really quiet even though it was near the main district. There were great options for food around and it was fairly near the train station so we could take the train to all of the tourist sites nearby like 冰雪大世界. It’s also near the morning market with really good breakfast options. We also got 2 free ice creams from their restaurant, which were delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would stay again! PS the free chocolate at the hotel lobby is great! 

The location is very convenient. The hotel is right on Central Street. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the church. It is very close to everything! There are many places to eat and play around. Because it is off-season, the front desk lady upgraded the room for free! The furniture is basically made of wood, and the decoration is very warm. The shower water temperature is stable. The sound insulation is also very good. I have to carry earplugs with me because I sleep lightly. I haven't used them at all in the past few days. It is very quiet. The pillow is memory foam and the mattress is also very comfortable. The room is relatively dry. The hotel also provides a vertical humidifier with large mist output, large water capacity and silent, which is a surprise. The only drawback is that the hotel's network is too stuck. I hope it can be upgraded. The attitude of the hotel service staff is very good, and they respond to any items they need in a timely manner! The overall stay experience is very good and very satisfactory😊

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. The Hampton by Hilton hotels are really great hotel to staying. It is too clean and had a good smell. And air conditioner is too good and temperature of the room is on your hand, you can make it warm or cold. But some of other hotels in the Harbin is really warm and you can’t change the temperature. The breakfast is too delicious and have many choices. The service is great and people on the front desk are really kind. Amenities are too new and clean. The location is far from central street but it takes only 8 minutes by taxi , if was rush hours it takes 12 minutes. I stayed only one night as my last day of trip but it was great experience. For the hotel with this price is really good.

The room is good, the area is large, clean, the front desk lady is also very good, knowing that I am uncomfortable and found me medicine, but the fly in the ointment is that the hot water is unstable, there is no hot water when washing for a while, and it will take a while to have it, and the hotel is in the apartment building, there is a company next to it to work, It was a bit embarrassing to hit when I left, as if the family suddenly ran outside, but in general it was good value for money. After all, such a big room, facilities, scenery, price is right, what kind of bicycle, room photo forgot to take, with a flight photo cloud

The size of the room type is OK. Opposite is Cuihu Xintiandi. Hampton by Hilton. There are many eating, drinking and playing facilities around. There are sugar gourds at the door. The whole building seems to be a hotel-style apartment. The indoor smart equipment is not smart. It is not as good as the traditional manual. It is recommended to upgrade the system. Overall, it is a tourism. Travel is more convenient choice ~ is Trip.com the price seems to be a bit familiar

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Lady Manager Kwok is super helpful and caring making our stay feels like home. She remember what we wanted and offer to check up and inform us. Highly recommended hotel. The hotel breakfast has the basic essential and the location is great, lots of F&B along the road surrounding the hotel. The Wand Plaza and the metro train station is only a few minutes walk away.

Facilities: Because it is a newly opened store, the charity equipment is very new. Hygiene: As shown in the picture, it seems that the owner cleans very carefully, the room is very tidy and the hygiene is very good. Environment: Also pretty good, European style. It's nice to take pictures. Service: The front desk service was very good and they even provided candy. Overall, it was a good experience to stay here. By the way, there is also a cinema in his house where you can watch movies. There is also a public kitchen and karaoke. The time is too short to experience it! Come again next time!
