Excellent location, enthusiastic staff, great housekeeping, good breakfast but needs restoration especially lift should be replaced with a real modern one.2 different buildings presented as one facility.

Stayed at this hotel many times, room decor getting old and need renovation. Like this hotel as near to old quarters and many shops in the area.

The hotel is located near Hoan Kiem Lake, so it was very convenient for sightseeing. And the staff was especially friendly, which was nice. It's perfect for sightseeing, such as the night market, beer street, outdoor performance hall, water puppet theater, etc. Please use it a lot.

Except the location is near the Sword Lake, the service is OK, but there is nothing else good! The price is 339 yuan, the room is more than 10 square meters and it is on the top floor. The room is separated by two glass walls. The toiletries are very cheap. The most disgusting thing is that the bed is next to the bathroom, and it smells like urine all night! The air conditioner is installed on the top and blows against people all night. The water switch is installed high and needs to be padded with a towel. There are so many bad things!!! There are 1000+ hotels nearby, it is recommended to read more reviews.

Very clean, the accommodation is located by the harbour with a beautiful view. The staff speaks good English and is very helpful. However, the amenities such as toiletries are a bit limited.

The receptionist was good. There are two buildings, just on the edge of Hoan Kiem Lake. It is very lively with people coming and going. There is Ngoc Son Temple in the lake, and there are two thousand-year-old turtles in the store.

The price is affordable, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, convenient transportation, and convenient for shopping. The service attitude is very good!

It's a Korean hotel The meals inside are all Korean cuisine😊 All pretty good👌 But because the weather is cold, There is only an electric heater in the room. It’s not that heating and cooling are so convenient.

The room is slender, with a view of the lake, and many people are running in the morning! Life functions are convenient! Breakfast is also ok, everything you should have!

When it rained, rainwater dripped from the ceiling and the floor was puddled, so it was wet, but I just smiled at the kindness of the reception. You can only stay for a day or so while traveling.

Good location in Old Quarter, only 300 metres from Hoan Kiem Lake where you can catch a breeze in the shade on a hot afternoon. Easy to walk to anywhere in the Old Quarter. Can be noisy on weekends because of the free concerts in front of the lake but only untill about 11.00pm. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good sized room with A/C and fan and a bath tub, water pressure can be low but is sufficient to shower using the hand held. Reception can organise any tours or transport you might want, we booked our own but they are happy to do it for you. The sister hotel is 2 doors away, which is where you have breakfast, and also has a Sky Bar with nice views over the lake.

Having paid for the cheapest room type, I was told upon evening check-in that I've been allocated a deluxe balcony room 702. There is no argument that the hotel is located at an excellent location - only thing better would have been a view of the lake from the balcony Room 701 and 702 looks like they've been added on the roof of the previous build. The elevator only goes up to 6F, and from there you have to walk up. Here are my issues with 702: - Instead of a key/keycard, it has a digital lock with a four digit code. Given that the staff all knew of the code I doubt it's changed often, meaning guest from at least the last month all had the same code. Door also lacks a deadbolt from the inside - The balcony door cannot be locked, overnight staff said they couldn't repair it but he doubts anyone can climb 7 floors up. I slept with a chair leaning against the glass door figure if anyone breaks in at least the chair will fall and I'll get a warning - When one of the two rooms on 7F uses (cold ?) water, there is a loud pump noise on the roof of the room - The room has floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides, nice to look at but even with all the blinds closed and both A/C and FAN running at full speed, it's unable to keep the room cool during the afternoon sun (this is when I realized why they had a fan as well given the room isn't that big) - The hallway lights on other floors have motion sensors, not 7F. You have to go manually shut it off otherwise the lights leaks through the smoked glass panel on top of the door lighting up 702 pretty brightly - In-room phone didn't work, so couldn't call downstairs for above issues. Couldn't figure out how the safe works, and it isn't bolted down to anything so what's the point Now I booked this hotel because it had a "2024 critics award" and fair price point. Given the issues with room 702 I would just recommend others to avoid the room. However they really messed me up on date of departure. I had a 9:15 AM international flight, and was advised by the afternoon staff to book a 6:30 AM taxi, and that since I was leaving at time breakfast is starting she would arrange a boxed meal for me. I get downstairs at 6:30, no meal box, no signs of taxi, overnight staff can't see my booking, and insists it's only 2 minutes away. 15 minutes later it's still 2 minutes away, and another staff comes over from the main building (where you have your breakfast) telling me the taxi is delayed by road closure - had to challenge her given the road closure is EVERY WEEKEND and she's trying to tell me their taxi driver didn't know that. Long story short, I forced them to refund me the 375K, booked a Grab taxi for 285K (+15K airport fee) in cash, and made my way on my own. There is absolutely no advantage in booking departure hotel transfer with them. And if you did make transfer booking, be sure you have a printout of your payment handy because they don't have records of it So yeah, I don't recommend, and I would
