The location is perfect if you plan to visit a lot of different sites in the city. Easy to find, inside it’s super quiet. The rooms are petite but the bathroom is large and comfortable. The amenities in the room are amazing. They provide even a pyjama. At the check-in you’ll receive a voucher to enjoy free drinks at the lounge. The staff is friendly, very polite, very efficient. We plan to visit Kyoto again and we will definitely book again here.

Very convenient location. Room was on the small side as was the bathroom but adequate for our needs. Bed and pillow was not very comfortable so did not sleep too well. Staffs' level of English is very poor so they were not too helpful.

Hotel location is great. After taking the JR to Kyoto Station, no need to cross any streets, and we could walk to the hotel in a few minutes, as it is just located inside the station. Many shops, restaurants and Isetan are just next to us. We stayed there for a few nights, and we found breakfast are not exactly the same for all the mornings. It has some slightly changes in food. Hotel is clean and tidy. There is no corridor inside the rooms, could see the beds when opening the door. It has a dressing room and a walldrobe (not hanging rack). Room is quite, unable to hear the noise from train. In general, the hotel is good and worth for staying.

Location wise very convenient, it is located inside the same building as Shinkansen station. The City bus station also nearby, on the other side of the building. Lot of shopping and Aeon mall just a stone’s throw. There is a food court located on 4th floor of aeon mall good price. Hotel room is a bit dusty though. From window can see train passing through but will not hear the noise, good soundproof.

Very very good location. Hotel entrance is under Kyoto station. A lot of food restaurant and souvenir shops

Very strategic location if you travel by shikansen. We got upgraded and our room was spacious and have a huge window. Breakfast has many varieties.

We had 2 nights in Kyoto before taking the Shinkansen to Tokyo. Hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to train station.

The hotel has good location. Very convenient to drag our luggages to Kyoto station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, one of the front desk attendent (a shorter guy) is rather unfriendly, he looked impatient when I asked some questions. Perhaps we are Asians.
