I've always been dubious about both Turkey and all inclusive so this was a big leap for me. I have to say I wasn't disappointed on both fronts. The Masmavi is absolutely excellent in every aspect. The grounds are immaculate and constantly maintained,the lagoon room we had was prime location and very spacious and modern. The pools were a plenty as were the sun beds. There is a bit of towel dropping for certain beds but that's always going to happen. The food on offer here considering it's an all inclusive is sublime,food you'd see in a la carte restaurants. I'm talking Beef Wellington,sushi,salmon to name a few. There is literally so much choice and they do themed evenings which were amazing the effort and planning that they put into everything is quite impressive and that is carried on throughout the whole complex from cleaners,bar staff entertainment team and guest services. All staff were so happy and smiley and very competent. Some staff I'd like to mention are Emri, the archery coach who is very knowledgeable and such a great guy, very personable and his courses were fun and enjoyable. Sanin from the pool bar always went out of his way to smile and talk and thought nothing of refilling our travel cups with ice and drinks of our choosing. Great guy. Yasin from guest services is an absolute gent who is very professional and a credit to the team always made time to stop and check that we had everything we needed and that the holiday was up to their standards. Cetin seemed to be everywhere always smiling and engaging with the kids and was a great compare on the mic to get the crowds going. Even the cleaners were smiley and happy in their work,special mention to Mustafa who had a constant smile on his face while doing a hard job in the intense heat. I had a hamam and sports massage from the onsite spa and it was amazing and worth every penny. The activities on offer were plentiful for both adults and kids. If you want more of a chilled day there are places onsite to get away from hustle and bustle in the way of the 16+ pool and bar. We hired a day bed on the beach which I would highly recommend, well worth the money, but book quick as they fill up quickly. We've already been looking at dates and prices to get back there next year. There was nothing any 6 of our party could fault in the whole 14 nights we were there. I can't speak highly enough of the place,staff and facilities.

It is a lovely hotel for family holidays, and the kids enjoyed it, I had some minor issues with the room, so my special thanks to Mr Ulas and his team, great people! We loved food, and despite my sensitive stomach, I had no problem at all, The hotel's amenities were fairly enough for families,

We had a lovely time here in May/June. If we could, we would rate it 1000 stars. I love the hotel, it was really nice but can you add more flavours of ice cream? Thank you for our holiday. It was really nice and pure paradise (G. Aged 8) Rooms - clean, well maintained, air con worked, safe, mini frodge, slippers, robes, hair dryers Pools - not heated but not needed, plenty of sun beds Beach - hot sand, plenty of sun beds and shade, foam party!!! Food - amazing and lots of variety, loved the kids buffet area, such a great idea. Staff - some were young and in need of further training but what they lacked in experience, they made up for in friendliness and enthusiasm. Yasar in the bar was amazing! See you again next year!

We visited this hotel at the end of the June, it was one of the best hotels I’ve went to, everything was spotless, entertainment was amazing, and the entertainment team especially Jason. The food at the hotel was excellent, the steak restaurant was unreal & the snack bar at lunchtime they had a verity of things to choose from, special shoutout to șiyar in the snack bar who provided us excellent service! We hope to back soon!

It is a great place that offers convenience, comfort, and friendly hospitality, perfect for families and solo travelers. It's easy to get around, and the staff are always ready to help. There's plenty to do with lots of entertainment options for all ages. The dining is amazing, with lots of delicious choices at different spots in the hotel.

A really enjoyable family trip that started poorly when allocated a substandard room on arrival, guest services were excellent and remedied this rapidly but it was a frustrating start. The initial room was tired and in need of refurbishment and certainly not the standard we’d paid for but the next room was ideal and certainly aligned with the standard of the rest of the resort facilities. 9 pools to choose from, some quieter pools for 16+ as well as activity pools and the water slides. Plenty of lounger options with canopies or parasols readily available either poolside or on the beach. The beach was well maintained and clean with a majority base of sand with some stone but the main benefit was how gradually it deepened allowing you to stand and enjoy the warm Mediterranean Sea. The main restaurant was superb with an ever changing selection of fresh dishes from all around the world. The themed restaurants were extremely well served and all courses were well prepared and of a very high standard, Flavour was my personal favourite but the Turkish restaurant came a close second. Use of the Spa was included and well worth a visit to refresh after a day in the sunshine, the Chill Bar was also only available for adults so you could relax in comfortable surroundings with well prepared cocktails. These opportunities were made available by use of the MyMo YoungStars which was an excellent kids club for our daughters who loved the activities arranged by excellent staff. Louisa, Aleyna and Ayla ensured the kids were engaged, interested and supervised well with the considerable heat of Turkey. We loved our holiday and only the room issue on arrival took the rating down from 5 stars.

Had a lovely quiet room in the main building ,the room was spotless and cleaned to a very good standard. The food was good in main restaurant,and the staff were lovely and very helpfull. The beach restaurant was OK, the choice of food wasn't that great but you could always find something . We loved the coffee and cake from the patisserie which served between 2- 5. The pools were great very clean as were all the areas of hotel , the adults only bars pool and Restaurant area was a nice touch for couples . The entertainment was excellent and the entertainment team were also brilliant lots of organised activities Loved playing Boccia every morning and thank you to Cetin from entertainment team for organising this ,it was good fun Overall a very good hotel ,excellent for family's and would recommend.
