The staffs are so nice and helpful.  The room clean and spacious.  The hotel closes to beach and I highly recommended

The location is absolutely stunning, you can hear the ocean from your room. Everything is within walking distance with the beach just outside. Service is immaculate and they will help you with anything you may ask them. Would truely recommend :D 这个位置绝对令人惊叹，你可以从房间里听到大海的声音。一切都在步行距离之内，海滩就在外面。 服务一尘不染，他们会帮助你做任何你要求他们的事情。 会推荐！

Amazing vacation on the seashore with a variety of infrastructure near you: cafes, bars, shops, live music and fireworks on the beach every day. The cozy and stylish rooms are quiet, all the amenities with a luxurious view from the window, friendly and attentive staff will always help you and anticipate your expectations (they speak English fluently, a separate plus for this). We extended our stay in this place. Thank you!

My Wife and I booked the Wutong Aromatic Hotel for a 4 -night stay during Chinese golden week in October 2024. What we love: 1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance. 2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy, Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us. The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge. The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean. The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean. What could be improved: No. 1 - The breakfast. The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk. I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :) You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me ) No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time. So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:) No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee. I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.

Wonderful stay. You have a beautiful view, easy access to shows, dyson hair dryer and great service from the staffs. The staffs are super helpful in making our stay here extra fun and delightful. 设施齐全 环境优雅 管家小哥服务热情 推荐入住

The view is excellent! 270degree seaview! The room is almost all full glass so u can see the sea so clearly! U can stay in the room the whole day, with the projector in the room, it’s really make the stay even more memorable! It’s so cozy at night! We love it! The little town around is kinda old. We moved from 3 days in Sanya Edition ~SGD470 and stayed here, SGD375+-, with only SGD100 differences in prices, we felt this hotel is a little pricey. However, the staffs were really sweet and helpful! We love them. All were so prompt in their services and polite. Do note, taxi can’t access to the hotel but the taxi driver helped us to call the lady from the hotel, she came immediately and called a little buggy for us to reach the hotel. She’s such a sweet girl! We truly enjoy their services a lot!

The best hotel, I’ve ever visited

Really nice, friendly and helpful staffs at this vacation homes. Made my 3d2n stay very enjoyable with them! :) They do offer rides to the town area where food stores, supermarkets and shops are located. And staff did recommend me popular places to visit at Sanya during my stay here. It is also very easy to contact the receptionist through the WeChat platform and replies are almost immediate. 😙 It is also conveniently located near the beach so the scenic is very nice throughout the day. 💯 will stay here again!!

We were greeted with a smile at the airport and Ivan very attentively took our luggage to the car and wished us happy honeymoon. As soon as we arrived at the front desk, we were helped with our luggage to the room and wow, was it beautiful. Onlooking the ocean, our room was perfect. We had a private terrace with a small pool which was great for when we didn’t fancy heading downstairs to the beach. The room is also equipped with all the necessities and to our surprise, it even has a projector that can drop down with the push of a button perfect for midday when the sun is too hot to sit under. The breakfast was lovely and we ordered coffees which were also wonderful. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly. We can’t wait to tell our friends about this place and hopefully we will be back really soon!

- [ ] Transportation: Hotel provided airport pick up/ drop off. We arranged with them a day before arrival/departure. - [ ] Location: hotel located at the end/ beginning of street. So it is not crowded. Just need 5 min walk to the right side of hotel and decline stairs to reach the beach. This side of beach is less crowded and good for sunbathing and swimming. Because other part of beach is crowded by cafes/bars/restaurants and there are too many ppl always passing by. It’s is highly recommended for international tourists who want sunbathing and to chill 👙☀️⛱️. Hotel has easy access to any type of cafe/bar/ restaurant (local and internationals like Italian) by walking to the left side. Every 100 meter, there was a spot to eat/drink. Supermarkets are also nearby. - [ ] Hotel: the building was new and clean. Lobby included with bar and cafe. Breakfast is served at the lobby or in the room upon request. Breakfast was American style and I included a picture for reference. Rooftop had a wonderful view over entire beach and sea. During sunset, the weather is so refreshing and windy. It was great to have a cup of tea/coffee on rooftop - [ ] Staffs: All of them were so friendly and welcoming you. They were very responsive and helpful. Among all wonderful staffs, Mr. Ivan was the one who speaks English and very nice to me. - [ ] Room: It was clean and fully automatic/smart but Bcos I can’t speak Chinese, I couldn’t use voice control system. There was a room service everyday. They arranged with me before the cleaning. They provided clean towels, shampoos and mineral water every time.The room’s view was a mixture of garden view ( trees from the neighbouring hotel) and a little bit of sea if you stay close to the window. I think the same room at upper floors, have a full view of sea.

Friendly and welcome staffs ,help us bring luggage and lend us hats ,midnight send medicine to our room .Xiao Bai has took some nice pictures for us for free .my daughter don’t even want to leave ,she said want to stay here forever 😅 Thank you boss Yang ;MR Sun ;Xiao Yan and Xiao Bai and the other tall guy whom I didn’t know the name ,if have chance will see you again .🙏

Great place with great amenities. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Very clean as well. Very close to the beach, a walk away (5m) from pick up point, but there are shuffle services at 5yuan per pax. Overall a very pleasant place to stay! Would definitely come back.
