It was a little Small for a family of 3 with a teenager. It would have been nice to have a kettle and facilities in the room and instructions made clear on how to get your breakfast. Communication is good and prompt and quick to respond to any questions or issues you have whilst you are there.

We booked this as a last minute stay due to cancelled flights and we were pleasantly surprised. Well priced and good location in Napoli. Very clean inside and good communication via WhatsApp which made the process very easy. The place does appear odd from the outside but the accomodation itself is newly renovated and nice.

It is located on the second floor of the building, and it is clean because it has not been open for long. It is okay. There is a shared kitchen and a microwave, so it is good for heating food. The downside is that the breakfast is too poor. You can only get one croissant and coffee at the cafe.

we had a great time. The environment is well-kept and clean. I would say just enough.

The host was very enthusiastic and gave us various introductions as soon as we arrived. He also told us the shortcut to the train station and subway. The originally 10-minute journey took us only 5 minutes. Breakfast is a coffee set from the coffee shop downstairs. The room is clean and warm, I think she is an internet celebrity. There is a smell of smoke coming from the exhaust vent of the toilet in the non-smoking room🚬

Very close to the station, it's actually a homestay. The location is a bit hard to find. It's on the second floor of a building. The safety is poor at night. The rooms have multiple styles and are quite large. The environment is not bad.

There were mosquitoes in the room, and the sound insulation effect was not very good. The room we stayed in had a large bed and a single bed. The mattress of the single bed was very hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Turning the bed around at night would make noises, except Other than that, everything was great. The cleaning lady was also very helpful in telling us where we could have breakfast.

It is a hotel with self-service check-in. The landlord is nice and the room is clean and tidy. I communicated my check-in through WhatsApp. It was my first time staying at this hotel. It is very confusing. It is close to the central station. It seems a bit unsafe there at night, and the streets are also dirty. Rather dirty.

The room is nice inside, there is no obvious sign outside, remember it is in Courtyard No. 37. The landlord was enthusiastic, but because of my poor English, it was difficult to open the door, and the boss was not there. Fortunately, he found a girl to solve the problem. Good location, close to the station.

Very good, but remote check-in is required, and the English proficiency requirement is a bit high. In addition, it is required to call to confirm in the early stage and add WhatsApp. The store and Ctrip must provide a better online check-in method, such as providing a WhatsApp account. The external environment is poor, so we must get home before dark. It's very close to the train station, less than 10 minutes' walk.

Not good! Can't find the landlord

Wir waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr geräumig und war für uns als Paar perfekt. Die Küche haben wir wenig genutzt, aber ich denke für Frühstück oder einen Snack ist sie gut geeignet.  Was wir schwierig fanden, war dass es keine Rezeption vor Ort gab. Alles lief über WhatsApp. Beim einchecken fehlten uns die Informationen, um in das Hotel zu kommen. Nach mehreren Nachrichten und Anrufen haben wir dann eine Anleitung bekommen. Am letzten Tag wollte wir unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen, aber leider hat unsere Ansprechpartnerin uns erst wenige Minuten vor checkout geantwortet, sodass wir da bereits das Hotel mit unseren Koffern verlassen hatten. Trotzdem war die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und auch erreichbar nur eben nicht so schnell, wie wenn ein Rezeptionist vor Ort gewesen wäre.  Was uns morgens gestört hat, war die Lautstärke. Morgens kam immer eine Putzfrau, die dann begonnen hat sauber zu machen und davon sind wir aufgewacht.
