Ulasan Palazzo Castri 1874 Hotel & Spa

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.

Very good location and the staff is also very helpful. Great place to stay on Florence.

1. There was a big bug in our room. 2. Poor sound insulation. 3. You can feel the vibration when the car passes by 4. The blue light in shower room is quite weird

This is an amazing place . I definitely recommend it. The city tax is abit high. I would say recommend that they advise foreigners about public transportation not many people know the tram has a 40 euro fine. I love my stay there.

The overall environment is good. Facilities are new and staff are nice.

The road to and from the train station is not easy to walk, and it is inconvenient to carry a lot of suitcases. It is not far from Santa Maria del Fiore and the Central Market. There is a vintage market in the square at the entrance on weekends. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is delicious. The room is large and the drinks in the refrigerator are replenished every day.

First time in Firenze, choosing this hotel has a positive impact on the entire trip.

Apart from the distance from Guihe Railway Station, there are no other problems. The breakfast is delicious, the garden is beautiful, the staff are polite, and there are free water and soda refills every day.

The hotel is a little remote, but it's only a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is large, the facilities are very good, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and there is a pet cat watching the house

An incredibly beautiful and neat hotel! Friendly staff and they like to think along. The only downside is that you had to pay for the pool, it could not be seen separately from the Spa. This was not mentioned anywhere on the site and so it was an unpleasant surprise.
