Ulasan Palazzo Castri 1874 Hotel & Spa

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.

Very good location and the staff is also very helpful. Great place to stay on Florence.

1. There was a big bug in our room. 2. Poor sound insulation. 3. You can feel the vibration when the car passes by 4. The blue light in shower room is quite weird

This is an amazing place . I definitely recommend it. The city tax is abit high. I would say recommend that they advise foreigners about public transportation not many people know the tram has a 40 euro fine. I love my stay there.

The overall environment is good. Facilities are new and staff are nice.

來回火車站的路不好走，箱子多不方便。離百花聖母堂和中央市場都不遠。 門口的廣場週末有vintage集市。 早餐好吃，咖啡好喝。 房間很大，每天會補充冰箱裏的飲料。

第一次到Firenze，選擇這家酒店對整個行程都有好的影響。

除了貴和火車站有一些距離之外，沒甚麼其它問題，早餐好食，花園漂亮，工作人員有禮貌，每日有免費水和汽水refill

酒店位置稍微有點偏遠，但是離火車站步行只有10分鐘。房間很大，設施都很不錯，早餐和晚餐都很不錯，還有一衹看家的寵物貓

Een onwijs mooi en net hotel! Vriendelijk personeel en ze denken graag mee. Het enige minpunt is dat je voor het zwembad moest betalen, deze kon niet los van de Spa worden gezien. Dit stond nergens op de site vermeld en daarom was het een onaangename verrassing.
