Ulasan Adhi Jaya Hotel

It's an ok place. Service is a bit average. I asked for a slightly longer stay, was offered until 1230 then on the day was asked to leave at 12. The most annoying part was the noise in the early mornings, a combination of guests just speaking out loud and shouting and calling one another outside the rooms, I was in room 225 on the second floor. The breakfast buffet is OK, it's nice to allow people to sit without every 2 seconds someone coming to clear the plates when people still sit and want to go for the second round. Let people finish and leave and then you can clear up the table. It will be nice to offer alternative milk and not only cow's milk. Also, one morning I filled up my cup with cold water and then I was asked not to do this. It's water. And I pay for this. I didn't take food or extra coffee to take with me. It's nice to be chilled about it. Overall an average stay.

This is a decent hotel for the price. Housekeeping could be improved a little as I found a few strands of hair in the toilet. Towels provided were a little worn out but otherwise clean. Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, TV had lots of foreign channels to keep one entertained, and there was a pool that was frequently used. Location- just opposite the discovery mall bali, which I find to be a very underrated mall. Not at all crowded, decent selection of food and coffee joints, a good massage parlour, and a decent spread of retail stores. Also right next to Waterbom if that if your thing. If you wanted to, you could also walk about 25-30 mins to Beachwalk mall or the airport (in opposite directions of course). Staff- those on the first day were efficient but lacking the Balinese warmth that I have grown accustomed to. Staff on the second day were much friendlier and take the initiative to greet guests as they passed. Breakfast- very underwhelming. Touted as a buffet but really only had 6 options. A live omelette station partially saves the breakfast. All in all, a decent place if the price is right.

The hotel itself was of a good standard. However, the rooms were poorly cleaned. I had to change rooms twice due to small insects in and behind the bed. I didn’t really feel like eating breakfast at a hotel that doesn’t clean the rooms properly.

The property is in an excellent location and managed very well by great staff. The breakfast was very good.

Always exceeds our expectations every staff member is so friendly, we stay always Premier Pool Access room so comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for staff. Food at restaurants, pool bar and  room service is very reasonable priced. Pool is great relaxing with swim up bar. Directly opposite Discovery Mall but you wouldn’t think so as you walk in to the hidden oasis, so quiet and relaxing.

Our quick stay at this hotel served our purpose as well as we were leaving very early the next day. The nice thing about staying here is that they will pack you a breakfast if you are up too early for the buffet breakfast.  one thing I must add is that they will try to convince you to hire a driver from the hotel to the airport for 200,000. However I didn’t find it an issue at all getting a ride from the grab app for a tiny fraction of the cost.

The room is average but the kindness of the staff is excellent. Would not recommend paying for the breakfast buffet. If it’s included then it’s adequate.

Close to mall with all amenities and not too far from the airport.

The best about this hotel is location and silence.Hotel has beautiful garden and every room has balcony. Staff was great, always greeting guests. On the other side, food can be better,not so many choices for European people. Breakfast shoud be better, but still okay.
