Friendly staff and great hospitality. Love our clean room and of course the mountain view. Very near to attractions.

Staff were friendly and environment was welcoming. We love the fact that we can see the mountains right when we step out of the hotel๐. Location excellent too(10 mins walk to Sunworld).

the best honest we have ever stay in sapa!!! the receptionist can speak english so it is easy for us to communicate with them. they also arrange electric taxi for us to go the soa viet office during our check out. please don't hesitate to book this hotel!!๐๐ป

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Especially the service from the staff was amazing. Early checking, shower available in the Spa after our check out, tea provided, calling a taxi ...
Rooms are clean and modern.
Location in a quiet part of Sapa with restaurants around. But it involves a walk to get to the center of town

Our stay at this boutique hotel & spa in mid-June 2024 was impressive. The staff's exceptional service made us feel welcomed and pampered. The rooms were clean, decorated tastefully, and equipped with modern amenities. The spa's serene ambiance allowed us to unwind and rejuvenate. The hotel's location offered easy access to local attractions while remaining peaceful. The on-site dining was superb, with a diverse menu catering to all tastes. Overall, our experience was extraordinary, and we look forward to returning.

the hospitality provided by both day and night receptionists was incredible and they were very accommodating. the help they provided was indispensable. the room was very comfortable to stay in as well; soft blankets, fluffy pillows and clean toilets

Great location. Everything is within easy reach. An enjoyable 3 days with Sapa trekking tour and a day in Fansipan. Stunning scenery and we totally enjoyed. The cable car is around 25 mins . It's really worth the trip. I would recommend. There are full of restaurants near by, Yummy restaurant I would recommend for taste and pricing.

A well presented hotel with fantastic views of the mountains. The staff are so welcoming and eager to help. They are very personable and ready to help in any way, giving suggestions on what to do and making arrangements for you, all with a beautiful smile. Our room was very clean and perfect for our short stay. The hotel is well positioned if you don't mind a short walk to get around. My wife and I walked everywhere and there are plenty of shops nearby catering for all your needs. Local transport is readily available if you need it. The perfect place to stay if you want to trek and go to Mt Fansipan without staying in the noisy and busy heart of Sapa, but close enough to walk there if you want to go there.
