All are fine but location is not good

Good service. And good swimming pool

設施：設施很新，品質挺好。但是新裝修的房間存在細節問題，例如熱水的水壓不夠，淋浴房會滲水出去，燈的開關會失效，需要不斷的打磨。 另外新開的酒店，空氣質量還是啊夠好，可以學習日本的酒店，加一台空氣凈化器進去。

裝修太吵了、早上八點就開始了

This is my second visit to Epic Tower Swiss-Belresidences Hanoi. The staff still go over and beyond my expectations to ensure my satisfaction as a business traveler. I had a business lunch with a partner and the quality of food, and the service has definitely assisted me to close my business deal.

The staff is very nice, hospitable and helpful and friendly.Strongly suggested to have a stay in their hotel. I found it convenient to walk around to enjoy good local food. If you go for a business trip, it's a perfect place to stay. This area also has less traffic, and looks nice.

Reasonable price Hotel price rate is reasonable compared to other hotels in the surroundings. Friendly staff, new facilities, clean and nice room. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend staying at the Swiss-Belresidences while in Hanoi

What an amazing hotel, Truly a 5 star experience, hotel is brand new, rooms are spacious and modern super clean. Hotel staff couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful, rooftop pool is perfect to cool down and even swim laps it is huge. Gym is also huge and well equipped Location is in the business district. Would definitely stay again. Restaurant down stairs in the food court is wonderful and has the menu in English, which is not so common in the area

The apartment was super clean and each and every details of the apartment was amazing. Rooms were cleaned every day even if we leave the plates and cups unwashed were cleaned and arranged back well that was outstanding. Housekeeping was undoubtedly the best ever seen. From front desk to the room service, and the managers were at the best. This is not an exaggeration, I usually don't write reviews until it is at it's best or worst. There were minor issues - 1. There was no toilet bidet. 2. Breakfast options were minimal may be it's because of the new hotel but the food quality and quantity was super good. 3. The pillows were not fluffy but the bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here on my next visit for sure.

Situated close to the center of Hanoi, one of the most important avenues. It has many bars, restaurants and boutiques to choose whatever you want, high quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanning and food were great. Everything was perfect!
