The only thing about the hotel is its location and the stuff at the reception. Beside that i would not recommended it.
The wifi signal was terrible and carpet was very dirty.
In the shower the water can not be controlled either too hot or too cold.
In general i would not repeat the experiment again.
Lovely hotel. Staff great and well
positioned to walk to The Fountains. A bit noisy from nearby construction work and an early start from builders. Otherwise lovely

I had stayed at this property previously when it was known as Vida Downtown prior to the current rebrand under the Marriott Bonvoy. I was first told that I had a lovely room with a balcony. The balcony overlooked one of the busiest intersections in Downtown and the noise from 4pm onwards was constant. On the next day, there was construction noise that was occurring right by room. I had assumed these were renovation works, I had to leave my room for a couple of hours to finish my Zoom meetings as the noise was incessant. On the following day, the TV was not working and I was told it was an issue with the data connection. They offered to move to another room but by then it was 10 pm and I was checking out the following day. On the day of checkout the construction noise began prior to 10 am. I decided to leave the hotel and I informed the front desk team to have my room cleaned. I came back and the TV was fixed but the room was not cleaned. I spoke to the duty manager an out what has happened but was told that the construction works are out of the control of the hotel and that it was permitted from 10 am to 6 pm. I had then said that this information should have been shared upon checking-in to give me an option of being in another part of the hotel. All I was then told by the duty manager was that this was the mistake of the front desk staff and that she would look in to it. Terrible experience and will not come back again.
