Ulasan Quality Hotel Nova Domus

Hotel tua, tapi bersih. Tidak mendapatkan kamar seperti di foto, tapi oke..

Overall very good. Staff are really helpful and nice. The hotel is very close to Vatican City and within walking distance to the metro station. Breakfast is also good. WiFi is not stable though.

Nice & helpful staff. You can always ask d front desk to call a taxi for you & it will be there right away. Clean room with enough toiletries for the 2days that we stayed there. . Breakfast was plentiful, with good choices. Location is near the Vatican Museum & Basilica is about 25mins. from the hotel. We were here for Pope Francis’ Easter Mass. Would love to stay here again should we have plans to return to Rome.

It’s a decent hotel for a solo or couple trip. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is quite decent. The breakfast is fantastic, though the food options can be slightly better. Overall quite a good hotel for its price and convenience to public transport.

Can be improved in their services, and the water in the room is very slow

Great hotel, well worth the price. Perfect location for visiting Rome walking distance to vatican could see the entrance from breakfast. Very good Breakfast. Would highly recommend for those visiting Rome.

Im a bit dis-appointed staying in this Hotel the price not worth to stay ..the air-condition not working very old carpet that smells stuffy . Though cleanliness wise it’s ok 5/5 . It’s hard for me to recommend this Hotel so sorry we dont have a good experience . But i commend the staff they are very helpful and kind.

Just the air conditioner didn’t work well at all, the room was so warm… but other than that, all good!! Like it a lot!! The breakfast as buffet delicious! Can eat outside in the terrace, I think is really comfortable and beautiful!

check in was easy and the staff was friendly but the room I book wasn't the one I want and they gave me another room. The room I that was given to me had 4 beds squished together and i did let the front desk know I did get a room change but the bathroom toliet was leaking all night. The breakfast didn't have alot of selections

The hotel was closed to the Vatican Museum. The cleanses of the hotel room can be improved while the luggage room is recommended to have lock or any type of security.

Wifi was not working even though I complained 5 times at the receipt. Breakfast was reasonable. AC not working either very hot or off

Good location and close to the metro which is easy to get everywhere. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to check in earlier than the time.

Very near Vatican, good breakfast and room is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
