Nice hotel, overall excellent. High tech toilet seat with temperature and auto water cleaning, amazing. Good breakfast included. One drawback is the toilet door opening outwards. Highly recommended hotel.

Although the l floor I stayed was silent floor but somehow it was noisy from somewhere out of my room in the early morning around 6am. In my room, on the top of the curtain full of dust. Terrible western breakfast especially the cheese omelette. So I didn’t take their breakfast on the next day. They provided with good service.

One of the staff on my arrival day was not very helpful nor friendly.

The hotel is really nice. Clean and tidy. It is fairly close to both bus and train stations. It is fairly accessible. The room was neat and tidy and had everything needed. It was modern and everything was great. The breakfast was delicious. However the staff at the hotel were not adept handling foreign tourists. However, the language barrier was overcome by their friendly and helping nature.

The hotel is in a great location and the service staff is friendly and friendly! The room is comfortable and large, and the toilet has enough space to separate wet and dry areas, as well as a toilet and heating! Breakfast time is 7:00-14:00, which is very suitable for sleeping until full and eating without having to get up early in the morning😁 The decoration of the entire hotel is very European-style. You can take photos for a long time in the lobby alone.

The counter staff was not professional enough. They wrote the wrong name and blamed computer problems, but they didn't feel sorry! When I called the front desk from the room, no one answered the housekeeping call... At least 7-8 calls were made... It is recommended that staff training be strengthened!

The room is comfortable and quite big. The disadvantage is that the toilet door is pushed outwards and I am not used to it. The lighting is a bit dark. Other places are very good. There are not many choices for breakfast, but the CP value is very high at this price.

The room is decorated in a European classical style, with separate shower and toilet. Breakfast is simple and balanced, with Chinese, Western and Japanese styles available. It is recommended to bring your own toiletries, as the hotel does not provide them for free.

The front desk is very enthusiastic and is willing to answer all our travel-related questions. The breakfast is semi-self-service. You can choose Chinese, Japanese and Western in advance. The food quality is very high, but unfortunately the range of self-service options is a bit limited. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Chikan Building, Tainan's traditional commercial center. There are also Hayashi Department Store, Yongle Market, Grand Matsu Temple and Tainan Confucius Temple nearby, all of which are within walking distance. Overall, I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time I come to Tainan!

Very comfortable and a good experience. The service staff was also very kind in giving instructions on parking. Unfortunately, it is a mechanical parking space. If you drive an RV, you may have to park outside. The carpet in the room is very comfortable.
