A little far from the city, but the hotel is still big. It is a historical hotel. It is unnecessary to compare it with international stars. The room is spacious. The bed is a little small. The other environment is actually very beautiful. It is a good choice in the local area.

Magnificent hotel, I recommend. 15 minutes from Nizwa Castle. Clean, nice swimming pool and excellent barbecue buffet

The environment is very good and comfortable... It is also very enjoyable for family travel. It is a real garden hotel. You can breathe fresh air when you wake up in the morning. The price is also relatively affordable. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and the friendliest of staff, from the front of house to the back room staff. Beautiful setting, great pool, comfortable beds, great food and relaxing bar. Staff are always smiling and very engaging while retaining a very professional standard. Would definitely recommend using the Golden Tulip to any visitor la heading for Nizwa!

Conveniently located just outside Nizwa, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are helpful and welcoming and everything is well appointed. The outside buffet is lovely by the pool in the evening . It would be five star . The only downside was there are a lot of tour parties coming in which slightly spoils a lovely atmosphere. Don’t miss the “Oman across the ages museum”

Good stay for family break, all tourist places near by and good facilities. Recommend for families and friends. Clean but required to modernize the furnitures. Kids liked the pool tooooo much All was good and hope everyone enjoy Nizwa as well as it has very nice traditions places

Great Experience at the place. Tej Prakash and Swaran gave us good service at the restaurant and bar. And the Marigold gardens are amazing. We spent a long time in the garden areas clicking a lot of pictures in the internal areas near the rooms and swimming pool and also outside areas.

It's a nice hotel with a reasonable price, boasting a pleasant pool and good food. However, it doesn't quite deserve a five-star rating. The room was noisy due to the constantly running bathroom extractor fan, which couldn't be turned off. The gym was poorly equipped with no water, towels, and the machines were switched off. I whold have given a four but our disappointing experience, was being stuck in the elevator. It eventually went out of order for two days. We called reception twice for assistance, but no one came to rescue us. Finally, someone else called the elevator from the ground floor, and it reached that level and opened its doors. I went to reception to complain about this incident, as I believe their emergency procedures are inadequate. While problems can occur, and procedures can always be improved, that's not my main concern. My primary issue is the lack of explanation or apology from the hotel staff.
