Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton Kunming Airport

The hotel is located about 2 - 3 km from the Kunming airport but quite far from the Kunming city area (about 30 minutes by taxi). It is convenient for travelers who are transiting through Kunming. Hotel look quite new and well maintained and service is great as well. There are a few small restaurants next to the hotel. The hotel western restaurant is open till quite late, but food selection is limited. Room service is also available. The hotel provides free car shuttle service to the airport, but must be booked in advance. The earliest available booking is at 5:00am.

Very highly recommended. Out of the 3 five stars hotels I have stayed in during my trip, this was the best hotel to stay in. Super comfortable, very clean. My mum who is particular in cleanliness remarked that it was very clean and their bathroom glass windows were sparkling, (this was one of the probably the neglected areas that other hotels would missed out but not Double tree Hilton). Too bad that I only managed to stay in for half a day as I needed to wake up early to head to the airport. But this was a fabulous place to rest and end my trip to Kunming. They provided transport to the airport too and it's about 15 mins ride there. Love it.

We had one night stayover and this was by far one of if not the best experience staying at double tree by Hilton. The services provided by each staff were remarkable and exceptional. For instance, it was my wife’s birthday and I requested for some kind of room decoration and a cake but Hilton did above and beyond by giving us one whole cake. So touched! We will certainly choose Hilton as our next go to destination wherever possible. O

Convenient location. Easy to order food. About 12 mins from the airport. Liked the gym and swimming pool. Very fast with sending fapiao.

Super efficient check in and rooms are good size and well laid out. Convenient shuttle to the airport. Very good value breakfast with much variety for only 68 Rmb

Not located at the airport but it is still convenient for my early morning flight. Hotel offers pick-up service from the airport but need to arrange by calling the hotel. They offer a drop-off service as well which is very useful. Excellent breakfast

I arrived at Kunming Airport in the afternoon, with my return flight to Singapore scheduled for nighttime. Luckily, the Doubletree by Hilton hotel is conveniently located near the airport. This new and clean hotel exceeded our expectations, with friendly front desk staff. My mum was able to refresh herself with a nice hot shower and catch some rest before the hotel's complimentary shuttle took us back to the airport.

Booked this hotel as we had an early morning flight back to Singapore. Our booking included a free shuttle to the airport, which we booked upon our check-in. The ride to the airport was fast and safe. Unfortunately, there wasn't a free shuttle to/from the train station, so we took a taxi directly. Huge compliments to the concierge team! They were prompt in answering my queries on the delivery address as I planned to order some stuff from Taobao. My items got shipped to the locker instead of the concierge counter, and I was concerned I wouldn't have time for collection since we were scheduled to arrive at 11pm and check-out in a few hours at 4:30am. Upon my request, the concierge team was helpful and efficient in assisting to collect my items and had them ready for me upon check-in. The welcome cookie was a nice touch and the room was a great surprise as it was very clean, bright and included a bathtub which we didn't have time to use. Once again, many thanks to the concierge and reception team for your prompt assistance! It was a short few hours but a great experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Kunming Airport!

Great hotel close to airport, 10-15 mins car ride. They have a free airport shuttle every hour on the dot. Nice big rooms and good staff. Great choice if you have an early flight the next day at Kunming airport. Free rose pastry upon check in (although I was expecting chocolate cookies).

Great location, friendly staff, super clean and spacious room perfect for our large family.
