A warm welcome by hotel staff,Connie (小余）with fruits and was personally guided to our rm on the 2nd floor. A spacious 40m/sq rm with fascinating seaview meets our eyes. Rm was clean and not a smoking one as preference requested. A highly recommended vacation accommodation. Ideal location with walking distances to various eateries and attractions. Will be back to enjoy the facilities such as swimming pools and KTV. Staff were polite and breakfast was good with some rm of improvement. Thanks Connie and all west gulf staff.

The welcome manager Stephen and the rest of hotel staff gave us was exceptional. The beach is absolutely amazing & it’s worth paying a little extra to wake up to the view over the sea. There is lots of choices for breakfast both western & Chinese. We didn’t have any children traveling with us but it was great to see some many youngsters having a whale of a time.

泉州最後一天選擇海邊躺平。酒店房間非常大，陽台就可以看到海，躺在陽台躺椅上就直麪感受海風，非常愜意。我認為一個度假酒店，服務甚至比設施更重要，服務業人士需要敏鋭的觀察力和強大的同理心，這點前台小李剛好兩者皆有。短短几句交流就敏鋭捕捉了我的需求，並且在權限範圍內給予滿足，非常感謝。。當然，還有主動幫忙拿行李寄存的大堂那位帥哥。會再來哦！

節假日選擇了來海邊躺三天，酒店是個不錯的選擇。但是作為海邊酒店，沒有配備專門的洗衣烘衣機，而且收費的洗衣烘衣服務，不如三亞的酒店友好。 樓下是沙灘，室外游泳池，很方便，室內的小朋友遊樂園有點太太太小了。 周圍很多餐飲店，吃的方面不用太擔心。酒店的早餐一般般，所以這兩天都是隨便吃點再中午到外面吃點好的。

在西沙灣酒店小住的這幾日，不僅有美景沙灘而且每一處細節都彰顯着酒店的用心與周到。尤其要為前台的小鄭經理點個大大的贊！從我們踏入酒店的那一刻起，便全程陪同我們高效且細緻地辦理入住手續，每一個步驟都處理得井井有條，更讓我們驚喜的是，小鄭經理還貼心地為我們準備了一份小禮物——海豚公仔。她注意到我們帶着女兒同行，便特意為我女兒挑選了一個藍色的海豚公仔。 這次在西沙灣酒店的入住體驗，每一個瞬間都值得珍藏。我們全家都對此次度假之旅讚不絕口，下次過節還會帶家人來這裏度假～感謝🌹🌹🌹

酒店地處黃金海岸，風景如畫。房間寬暢明亮，服務員熱情周到，特別是前台小蔡細心周到，還貼心地為我們升級了房型，使我們能夠在陽台上欣賞大海的潮起潮落，晚上酒店還送上了水果，非常貼心，下次還會再來的

我當時在攜程上預訂好之後，打電話給酒店諮詢快遞和床圍欄事宜，前台一個叫杜鵑的小姐姐當時接了電話，説在客房不緊張的情況下還可以給我們升房，真的很棒，微信也是積極回覆。酒店衞生不錯，還有室外和室內泳池，沙灘乾淨，沙子很細，以及一些很美的拍照造景。酒店港式茶餐廳外的藤椅拍照很好看。另外，酒店裡的餐飲味道要比外面的好吃一些。
