Tidak ada air mineral gratis dan tidak ada ketel, dan sinyal wifi mereka lemah di lantai 10. Dan perawatan airnya hilang tapi pas datang lagi kotornya bewarna. Elivertornya juga rusak, semoga bisa diperbaiki. Mengapa Planet Merah seperti itu di cabang lain, cabang Planet Merah bersih di Jepang. Saya harap itu tidak terjadi lagi.

Budget friendly hotel! I've been to Red Planet a few times already and I always love my stay 🥰 The staff are very accommodating and helpful, they always give you a big smile 😊 there are 24 hours guards on duty, 7-11 is right there at the ground floor and the Robinsons mall is just a walking distance as well as the US embassy and St. Luke's. I had a great time staying, I'll be back soon 😉 super duper satisfied! ❤

Location wise, this is close to the US Embassy so you can stay here if you have an appointment. Many restaurants nearby too and you can even request for a massage service. I was able to work here as well during my stay since they have fast and reliable internet connection.

Good, clean hotel with 7-11 on the ground floor. Staff are nice and helpful. Only issue was soap dispensers were damaged.

Comfortable and Clean. It's convenient, recommended ! I was having a bad day, really really bad the room just witnessed my breakdowns and I thank Red Planet for that, got a temporary room where no one can see and hear me. Thank you so much! ♥️

The staff are so kind and accommodating. The room is clean. They allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier than 2:00 PM since the room was ready. Overall, it was a great stay.
