Tidak ada air mineral gratis dan tidak ada ketel, dan sinyal wifi mereka lemah di lantai 10. Dan perawatan airnya hilang tapi pas datang lagi kotornya bewarna. Elivertornya juga rusak, semoga bisa diperbaiki. Mengapa Planet Merah seperti itu di cabang lain, cabang Planet Merah bersih di Jepang. Saya harap itu tidak terjadi lagi.

Sangat ketat dalam segala hal .. kami tidak dapat memesan makanan dan kamarnya bagus, linennya putih tetapi terlihat seperti abu-abu. Perlu memutihkan linen mereka dan handuk yang kita noda. Makanannya Ok dan kami menginap secara keseluruhan baik-baik saja. Check out mudah dan tidak ada masalah.

Location wise, this is close to the US Embassy so you can stay here if you have an appointment. Many restaurants nearby too and you can even request for a massage service. I was able to work here as well during my stay since they have fast and reliable internet connection.

Comfortable and Clean. It's convenient, recommended ! I was having a bad day, really really bad the room just witnessed my breakdowns and I thank Red Planet for that, got a temporary room where no one can see and hear me. Thank you so much! ♥️

The staff are so kind and accommodating. The room is clean. They allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier than 2:00 PM since the room was ready. Overall, it was a great stay.

Nice location and convenient place to stay. The hotel is old and smelly that is why you switch on the air conditionnaire always.

The room is clean. The hotel has parking which is a plus point. The amenities are okay. Overall our stay was good. Would recommend to have complete toiletries per room like toothbrush, toothpaste and bedrolm slippers. The beds were comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Our stay in Red Planet is good. The location is good since we need to stay within Mabini Area at that time.

Not a good vibe on entering. Room was very small. Room safe not working so I had to request that get fixed with new batteries. Two other issues I couldn’t be bothered dealing with: Bidet spray hose for toilet leaked. TV when turned off didn’t go black screen it still had lighted message meaning it emanated light all night. Little things like this should be checked by staff and fixed before giving room to guests.
