Surestay hotel is clean and the staff has been nice and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Spartanburg area. They also offer free breakfast. Well worth the price.

An encore wonderful experience every single time the staff are helpful trustworthy and respectful.

Pre reserved for cross country trip to a funeral. The manager was ‘the only person working at 4pm’, front desk, cleaning rooms, laundry’ etc. She stayed there all night working. I won’t stay there again because the shower didn’t work and had no hot water. I can’t say enough about the manager’s work ethic. She needs a raise.

Check in was great...the elevator could definitely use some work. Its extremely slow, and the the carpet needs replaced in halls and rooms. Overall it was good for an overnight stay, just needs updated.

Staffing is horrible. They also took my deposit for a makeup stain. An said i had yo pay for them to wash it out never have i ever ben charged for sheets that had to get washed regardless....

Room size was great, but the rug was dirty. The room smelled horrible. I couldn’t breathe. The mattress was terrible, we barely rested. Its a shame because the space had potential. The elevator stopped working twice, so we decided to use the stairs. The hotel was dirty overall, so we decided to not even go to breakfast since we didn’t trust the hotel at all. You guys have potential, you are in need of a manager that cares for cleanliness. Oh I forgot to mention that the sheets were so wrinkled that I thought they weren’t washed and dried, but we smelled them and they smelled clean. You should not rate the hotel with 2 stars. Thisis a one star hotel. Oh I had to get product myself and clean the toilet as it was so dirty. The worst experience ever.

All rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, upon entering the room it reaked of smoke. Tried calling the front desk and the phone didn't work. The smoke detector was torn from the ceiling and laying on the floor under the desk. Trash was laying in the hallway all night long. Part of the ceiling outside the bathroom was buckling and sagging indicating water damage above. The room door didn't latch tightly so it rattled and the hinges squeaked making it sound like someone was trying to break in.

When I checked in there were no towels or toilet paper. Called front desk 5 times 2 hours later they finally brought so up. People slamming doors all through the night. When I checked out, they charged me 10 dollayfot a small hand towel I used to wipe the tables because there were food or coffee spills left on the table. I would never stay at this place again. Guy at the front deak was very rude.

I had no towels in my room on arrival. I called the desk to get more towels and they never brought them to me. I had to walk downstairs to the desk to retrieve the towels myself. The stay was very unpleasant. I will not ever book this hotel again.

Comfortable room and bed. Check in was good. Very accommodating to change my room from second to first floor. Was surprised I needed to pay a $100 deposit. A little noisy but not enough to keep me awake.

The front desk did not speak english, I paid for entire month on my credit card and ajay at the front desk did not honor because he said the virtual credit card ******* sent declined, ******* asked ajay to call ******* and he refused, telling me to hang up the phone with *******

Had to pay a deposit of 100 dollars and it doesn't say that online shady businesses practices and unclear business policies online. No big deal ill never book there again

The price was a good deal for 2 day's. I think the woman at night learned a little more english. If it wasnt for me speaking spanish the question would of took longer to answer me. The door to the room had a gap in it and you had to lift it by the handle to lock it. The bed has a metal frame and makes noise when you move around.
