The price matches with the location. However, there was a n used tower leave in the room. The the key card system was down for a long time.

Appalling service, my bathroom had no toilet tissue, the bathtub was dirty, and I even had hair in it. I had a business meal deal included, it took for 15 minutes to be seated to my table and I waited for my food over 1h, in the end I decided to have my food for takeaway and they didn't have any takeaway boxes, I gave up in the end. The workers are overworked,they had to attend reception and be waiters at the same time. Kitchen workers seemed seemed to be overwhelmed despite not having too many clients. I don't expect much from a premier inn, but this has been the worst experience so far. Feeling disappointed and hungry!

Room good, bed ok but seemed a bit uncomfortable. Room extremely hot and stuffy, affecting sleep. Air con ineffectual. Breakfast nice, usual concerns with coffee machine. Drinks in room unpalatable. Choi in the kitchen a delight, very friendly and welcoming. Best person there.

Not our best PInn experience. Please get better signage in the car park. On a wet dark evening it is difficult to know where to park and how to get into the hotel. Think we got them in a bad night, signs up everywhere saying book for breakfast and dinner due to poor availability. We ate out.

Me my daughter My friend and her grand daughter were staying here for an ice skating competition in Oxford On entering our room we found an empty pop bottle sticking out from under the bed. Not a good start. The full 4 days of our stay our room wasn't cleaned or towel changed. The breakfast was good with a wide range for everybody. However when ordering an evening meal the twice we had to wait an hour for it to arrive at our table Even tho the restaurant was quite. The food was of very poor standard. The parking would be an issue for older people. We would go back again NO. We'd find another hotel in the same area.

Cosy comfortable room. Excellent service. Lovely restaurant and bar. Convenient car park. Well located. Clean, fresh hotel. Well decorated and welcoming feel. We arrived after a difficult journey and were welcomed calmly and helpfully, which was valued. The room was well equipped, the beds were super comfy and will definitely stay again! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room had empty pop bottles under the bed. Room was not cleaned once the 4 days we stayed no clean towels provided or tea or coffee replaced The food was average at best after waiting nearly an hour on both evening we ate in even though hardly anyone else was in the seating area. On the second evening they messed up on 3 meals out of 4 Parking was free but a hassle with all bags to carry The window wouldn't open in our room so no way of getting any fresh air circulating Safe to say wouldn't be in a hurry to go back

Turned up today check in as normal very friendly and efficient staff can’t do enough got in the room very clean and fresh came down to the restaurant was welcomed by carmelo who as always polite and welcoming food a table clean and tidy ordered our food service brilliant starter and main really lovely 👍well done to the chef

The staff are very friendly and amazingly helpful. Special note to Carmelo for his attention to detail and attentiveness to any requests made eg changing of the towels. Also the night staff being helpful and always available. Another member to note - Haris was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food has also been outstanding..

Another great stay in a Premier Inn. You know what you are getting when staying at a premier Inn. Quick and easy check in. Parking was at a near by multi storey, which was free. Clean rooms, with everything you would expect. Friendly staff. Great breakfast!

On arrival, it was evident that one of the lifts was not working, i was actually wrong and i believe 2 out of the 4 lifts were not working. Check in was a good experience - however on arriving to my room, I noticed a black substance on the bathroom ceiling and an overpowering smell of bleach - Mould. I requested a room clean to which I was told I would have to wait the following day, I also asked to move rooms - none available, for me this is a basic necessity of cleanliness. The following day the mould had been clean, but the cleaning substance was overpowering and therefore left me feeling nautious the following evening. Day 3 the experiece starting improving - but honestly not good enough in my mind. I did ask for the managers email to put a complaint in and to share the pictures I took - the receptionist wrote them down so badly, I was unable to read the email address - hopefully the hotel reach out, but the 2 staff members I spoke to didn't seem overly bothered.

Selected hotel for a business trip to Oxford. Upon arrival in my room discovered a strong damp-like smell which was very unpleasant. Although the receptionist arranged for the room to be fumigated fairly quickly, the smell returned causing us to endure an uncomfortable night. Having stayed at this hotel before for business trips, I was surprised that I had not been offered an alternative room or at least a compensation offer for reduced quality of stay. The hotel needs to get its act together if it is to retain the confidence of potential return customers.
