Everything was great except seom bad smell in the room. Probably from drainage in the toilet and bathtub. Beautiful place and nice scenic view from infinity pool.

Service staff are welcoming and hospitable. Exterior of the resort is great is well maintained. The interior can be a little bit run down. Nothing much to do here and the menu can be limited. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our relaxing stay here.

Fantastic chill hotel. But note that the location is relatively remote. So once you get into the hotel you either have a little more fat or you would have to spend money on Grab. Hotel's environment and amenities are nice. The balcony is super.

Had a great stay. Really peaceful and spacious room. Friendly staff 👍👍👍.various choices for breakfast 🤤. Definitely will come back next time.

We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

So natural and peaceful hotel. Nice decorated. I booked valley deluxe for 1 night but they upgraded our room to valley scenery deluxe. All amenities are provided. (Thann is awesome!!!) I will be visit there again for sure!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We absolutely loved our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. The hotel is about a 30-min drive from Chiang Mai, nestled into a beautiful countryside with rolling hills. We booked the valley deluxe scenery room on the ground floor, which has a calming view of trees and mountains. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need; the bed is huge. The infinity pool overlooks a mountain with a white temple (worth a visit!). Food (Western and Thai) is delicious and reasonably priced. But what stood out above everything was how friendly the staff is here. We felt really welcome and well looked after. We'll definitely be back!

All i can say is AMAZING!! The food is delicious! Very chill vibes, like the pool, everyone was kind and nice service :)

What a very beautiful place to stay in nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. My only negatives would be that the rooms were a bit run down and smelt very damp considering the price we paid for the plunge pool room. Also the plunge pool room doesn’t have much privacy as you can see your neighbours either side and the room above is set back. Also burning season slightly spoilt our trip to Chiang Mai as the air pollution made me have “hay fever” for the entire stay and it got worse the longer we stayed.

One of memorables hotel during our Thailand Road Trip. Located a bit further away from the center making it very quiet place that we are looking for. Room are spacious, a sweet tiny gesture by providing us with cookies every evening during our stay.

Love the hotel , enviroment , room also very big. Too far away from the city. But got Free shuttle bus to City . Takes 30min Far from Anywhere. Not recommended If u want to travel around
