Ulasan Britannia International Hotel Canary Wharf

Don’t ever book the rooms without windows . I repeat don’t book those rooms. Those are not meant for humans to stay. Those rooms are extremely claustrophobic and you will die from suffocation. Receptionist already warned us but we didn’t listen why she was repeatedly asking to upgrade. We paid extra to upgrade the room and finally settled with a nice room in 10th floor with amazing view. Location , cleanliness are perfect for a memorable stay.

Due to work, I had to check in at the hotel in the middle of the night. I was a bit worried that it might be inconvenient for the front desk staff, but they were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Even at such a late hour, their warm service was evident, and I really appreciate their dedication!

This hotel is amazingly well located in Canary Wharf. The hotel was well maintained, clean and had lovely decorations for Christmas. The staff were helpful and effective. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was a good size. No complaints. Can't believe it was less than £100 just before Christmas in central London!! Great value. The view of the canal and Canary Wharf was fantastic.

Good hotel, rooms slight run down and need sprucing up

Air condition doesn’t work, room temperature reached 29 degrees. The problem wasn’t sorted and the only solution was  to open a window which we couldn’t shut ourselves so had to be open all night. Breakfast very poor choice and bad value for money. Booked a double bed but there were two single beds put together.  Disappointed ☹️

Great hotel nice only problem Was we booked it last min on the day due to our event times changing that we maybe not make the last train home.When I booked it never said nothing about ID on here and we had not taken as we were already in London at time of booking and they didn’t want us to stay but the kind foreign manager guy let us stay

Not bad location wise at Canary Wharf. Modest and moderately clean. Not mind blowing but worth the price.

It was a decent hotel but the service was pretty bad and the staff don't give a f*** about the guests. Such rude people... Room telephones don't work and you'll only get ignored if you call from your mobile phone directly. Its a good option if you're going to be out roaming all day and use this room just for resting.

It was alright for the price but the rooms smell a bit damp and like sweat. But the view is good. Best for people who'll use the room for sleeping only.

Booked the wrong date by mistake and hotel refused to amend it costing me money and business…
