Ulasan Chanalai Flora Resort, Kata Beach

Fasilitas: Terdapat dua buah kolam renang yang digunakan dalam periode yang berbeda, sanitasi air kurang baik, kolam air asin, dan fasilitas kamar relatif tua setara dengan standar domestik bintang tiga. Lingkungan: Lokasi bagus, butuh tiga menit jalan kaki ke pantai, banyak restoran lalat di sekitar, jajanan mudah dibeli, dan harganya terjangkau. Pantainya juga indah. Pelayanan: Sikapnya baik, mudah berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dan Cina, berubah setiap minggu dan ada berbagai makanan khusus yang bisa dipilih, seperti makanan Thailand, makanan Jepang, dan BBQ. Kebersihan: Kotoran di kamar air bocor, kualitas udara kurang bagus, bau apek, handuk hitam kuning, kebanyakan bule, dan tidak berani pakai barang hotel.

Beautiful hotel Staff are amazing Bed could be updated (very hard) pillows very soft could do with replacing. Breakfast was ok could really do with a change up every few days. Felt like it was the same things every morning. Overall it was really boring. Location is brilliant Pools - both great

Hotel is clean and nice location which is near to kayak beach with short walk. Less than 5 mins to beach and a lot of shops and eateries. Karen is very helpful hotel staff to help us with our needs . The rest of staff are very good as well . I could not remember their names to mention only . All staff are very friendly and sweet. Breakfast is a bit boring as same for everyday . But we are able to have as good one . Overall, still fine for us . Thank you .

Great location in Kata beach, 3 minutes walking to the beach and close to many good restaurants. The staff is particularly nice, always smiling and attentive which makes your vacation even better. Very clean and well maintained despite being a older property. I’d chose it again for sure.

First room assigned to me was with poor view. After talking with FOM, hotel changed my room with pool view as I booked. In generally speaking, a good hotel with good maintenance of facility. Not far from kata beach! Value for money!

It was a very nice hotel and the service was great. The room was great after we ask to change rooms. The hotel over all was great.The breakfast was also very good.

The resort is nestled on a hill, just a short walk from the beach. With it’s own special character and vibe which which make it unique. Being a solo traveler the staff made me feel looked after, welcome and special. Facilities including the two pools were lovely. A Charming Retreat in Paradise.

Nice hotel, very attentive staff, nice swimming pools and good restaurant with prices not too excessive. 5min walk to the beach, many shops and restaurants around. Decent gym on-site

Very nice resort, very welcoming and nice throughout my whole stay for 2 weeks. Great breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms with a nice view. Very close to the beach, 5mns walk.

Great location on Kata beach. 3-5 min walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, massage joints and rentals while being located on a quiet road. Rooms are ok, quite spacious, Thai style, everything needed is there. Pools are nice, safe and clean. Service is good. Breakfast is decent, lots of non Asian options. Over all it’s a pretty good place to stay not matter 1-2 days or 1-2 weeks. Guests are from all over the world.

The location of the hotel is great. It has two clean swimming pools. It is near the beach/es (kata and karon). A lot of restaurants also near the area. If you are lazy to walk around, you can rent a motorcycle just in front of the hotel for 200 baht per day. We chose the SUPERIOR ROOM for three nights and it’s neat and clean, the bed is very comfy, nice bathroom as well and we have a pool view. Our 3 nights of staying here was absolutely great. It is the best room we had so far. By the way, you have to deposit 2,000 baht when you check in and return the money when you check out. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and friendly. If you are a party person, rent a hotel located in patong, but if you just want to chill, enjoy the view, relax in front of the beach then choose a hotel near kata/karon beach. Karon, kata and nai harn beach have clean and clear water. For us, these beaches are the best in phuket. Chanalai Floral Resort is good, better and best!!😁😁😁
