Ulasan Atour Hotel (TaiKoo Hui Tianhe Guangzhou)

Sangat bersih dan higienis, dan pelayanannya tepat. Saya sangat sabar dan penuh perhatian dalam membantu mengantarkan makanan untuk dibawa pulang di lantai atas. Dekat dengan pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah, yang nyaman untuk makan dan berbelanja berbagai minuman, cola, dan teh gratis.

Fasilitas: relatif lengkap, termasuk robot pengantar makanan, laundry swalayan, gym, dll. Kebersihan: Bersih, rapi dan nyaman, dengan bantalan desinfektan alkohol ditempatkan di toilet. Lingkungan: Terletak di kawasan makmur di pusat kota dengan transportasi yang nyaman. Hanya berjarak 3 menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah dan 7-10 menit berjalan kaki ke Taikoo Hui. Ada pusat komputer dan pusat jajanan di sebelahnya. Lalu lintas padat di persimpangan, jadi berhati-hatilah saat berjalan! Sikap pelayanan Atour Hotel selalu sangat baik. Saat check out, petugas meja depan juga memberi saya dua hadiah kecil, yang sangat perhatian. Dibandingkan dengan lingkungan yang bising di luar, hotel ini sangat tenang di dalam. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi lain kali saya datang ke Guangzhou.

Quite clean and new. Modern simple design. Near a lot of restaurants. Free mini bar, staff are very friendly.

Service was good , room were clean and breakfast was excellent. Have a very nice and cosy stay at Atour Hotel at Shipaixin Road.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. The hotel is located in a very busy area, if that's a concern for you.

Helpful staff, good location, lots of good food options nearby

The location was nice, and the breakfast was really good. Staff was nice. We ordered the non-smoking room but the smoke smell was really thick, but the hotel was accommodating and we can ask for a room change.

It was a great stay in Guangzhou. We got great sleep on the very comfortable beds, we enjoyed the spacious and spotless rooms, and we also had a wonderful view. The breakfast was a highlight, so definitely don’t skip!

The hotel and its staff are generally really accommodating and helpful. They utilise WeChat for you to contact them and responses are very prompt. Things provided such as earbuds , changing of towels and bedsheets are not typical for a four star hotel which is a pleasant surprise. Breakfast variety is also decent. The cons I would say is the location and its surroundings. Not sure if the hotel is new but it doesn’t seem to be fully registered on their maps. Hence if you ride hail, drivers typically drop you at the side of the road and you would have to cross it to get to the hotel. The outside of the hotel is also quite unpleasant, with uneven footpaths and seems dirty. It is walkable to 2 stations but can be quite a distance and In their summer heat can be unbearable. The roads leading to the hotel is also perpetually jammed so always account for extra travelling time if you stay here. A tip is to set pickup location at “CitiGo house” which is 2 min walk away to help escape the traffic. Their tv channels are also all in Chinese/cantonese and no English channels at all. The surroundings do have some food though but they don’t seem enticing. The better food are at the other side of the road so I would suggest staying at that side instead. All in all it was a pleasant stay with an outstanding value for money. Will I stay again? No. But I would consider their other outlet at the sports centre road instead.
