The room was spacious, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even spoke Chinese with my daughter and assisted us with arranging a half-day car rental. The only downside is that the hotel is located close to the airport, so it can be quite noisy due to airplane sounds, and we didn’t sleep very well that night. Apart from the noise, everything was great. I would strongly recommend that the hotel provide earplugs in the rooms for guests who are sensitive to noise."

"First of all, I want to thank all the staff who welcomed me. Thank you for the warm welcome. They also gave a very enjoyable explanation of the entire hotel and my room. Thai food is delicious, but I tend to overeat during my travels. The mint smoothie here helps to alleviate the heat and gives my overstuffed stomach and intestines a rest. Dinner was served at a table in the garden. The menu offered many vibrant dishes, which made me feel very indulged. Simply strolling around the hotel was therapeutic. The chirping birds, the adorable cats that greeted me and sought affection, the beautiful chickens… it made for an unforgettable stay."

"We initially booked a villa, but in June, it was very damp, and the bedding felt moist. So, we switched rooms the next day. Honestly, I was drawn to the villa at first, thinking it would be quite unique, but the view from our new room was actually pretty good. Overall service, I think three employees deserve praise. The first is the lady who checked us in. She added us on WhatsApp, was incredibly patient, handled issues proactively, and offered excellent solutions. Her English was also very good. The second is a young man who works at the restaurant. His English was excellent, and he was quite interesting. The third is also from the restaurant, and I didn't catch his name. He was incredibly observant and thoughtful. While we were having dinner, there were some flies around our table, and as we were trying to shoo them away, he discreetly came over, turned on a fan, and brought us tissues. He did it all so subtly. This hotel is indeed far from the city center, which makes it perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The surrounding environment is quite lovely."

"Secara keseluruhan, ini bagus dan patut dikunjungi, tetapi peringkat restorannya diturunkan secara serius Pemandangan seperti surga sungguh indah. Desain terbuka memaksimalkan pengalaman alam. Pagoda Putih di gunung seberang adalah sentuhan akhir. Setiap hari hotel mengadakan aktivitas pagi untuk pergi ke Pagoda Putih. Sikap front desk sangat baik dan mereka menata lantai tiga bangunan utama dengan kondisi terbaik. Anda dapat melihat Menara Putih dari kamar. Balkonnya besar dan pemandangannya luas. Namun insulasi suaranya sangat buruk. Tidak ada pembatas kokoh antara balkon dan tetangga. Dinding yang menghadap koridor sebenarnya terbuat dari kaca buram sepadan dengan kerugiannya mengorbankan isolasi suara demi penerangan. Desain wastafelnya aneh, embernya terlalu dekat dengan keran sehingga menyulitkan untuk mencuci muka. Sarapannya rata-rata, jauh tertinggal dari hotel bintang lima internasional, di level Atour terbaik. Restoran makan malamnya bahkan lebih parah lagi. Mungkin karena kekurangan tenaga kerja saat puncak musim turis, dua orang karyawan menjaga area yang begitu luas dan hampir tidak ada layanan sama sekali. Mereka justru berani membebankan biaya layanan tambahan sebesar 10%. . Hidangannya juga sangat ceroboh. Ulasan yang sangat negatif!"

The hotel owner's son is very polite and talkative; despite not being old enough to drink, his manners are quite impressive. The hotel owner himself has an architectural background, and the design leans towards Thai style combined with a touch of European (Italian) simplicity, creating a very tranquil atmosphere. In short, my recommendation is spot on, but you'll need to drive there yourself."
