Chantra Khiri Chalet Chiang Mai

Disappointing and Overpriced Stay * Very isolated location, far from Chiang Mai city center. * The hotel felt more like a ******* house, especially at night. * The surroundings were extremely dark, with insufficient lighting. * Limited accommodation options and facilities. * Very poor customer service. * High price compared with the modest standard of the property. * My family, especially my mother and my friend, did not feel comfortable staying overnight, so I had to book another hotel in the city for them. * There was very little to enjoy except the pleasant morning view, which was only a temporary highlight. * Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I would not recommend this hotel.

When I arrived to the hotel, I did not expect such as an amazing decoration and location. The living room area where the breakfast is served is beautiful, it has stunning views. They gave us a superior room, which honestly we did not expect and was the best of all our two weeks trip. Sleeping in that awesome room seems like being in a film. Definitely has been an experience unforgettable.

Fantastic experience, staff were great. Only thing missing was WIFI connection was not great , but overall excellent experience.

Good views point from balcony, cozy relaxed, however, we are looking for more amenities for face and body and bathroom needs to be checked well.

Amazing place on a very steep location with everything that looks like it was built hundreds of years ago but also brand new. Beautiful views from everywhere and also from the pool.  Friendly, helpful staff who were always available.  No need to go anywhere because the restaurant meals were fantastic.  We would love to come back again.

Gorgeous mountain hotel with great views and big room and bathroom. Relaxing stay and will definitely be back!

The villa is away from the busy center. Good for family to enjoy the time and space. Have good breakfast and Mountain View while staying at the villa.

Staffs are very friendly. When we stayed there, they were doing the renovation. They even upgraded our room with better one for free as some rooms were in progress of renovation. Unfortunately, the heater was not working in our room. Apart from that, everything was great.
