I enjoy staying at this place a lot, the room? PERFECT it’s so comfortable and the food the service are perfect, I have no words for the view but YOU MUST SEE IT at least once in your life. I will definitely come back again when I come to Chiangmai

The view of the mountains of green luscious mountains of rainforest, the clouds hovering above is breathtaking . The surrounding peaceful village with local farms were pleasing to the senses, a nice place to relax from the hustle and bustle in big city. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The pool and spa was a must everyday with beautiful view of the greatest mountains in Thailand. The hotel is brand new, rooms are spacious and large bathroom, maybe the best shower in Asia. The mattresses and pillows were of high quality. Im definitely coming back.

The room was really nice. Had a great stay! The only problem was since the hotel is on the mountain the places were very far to travel. O

The location of this hotel is absolutely beautiful and has so much potential. The surroundings are peaceful, and it could be an amazing place to stay. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing because it felt like the property wasn't fully ready to welcome guests. The outdoor shower was dirty, there were ants in the room, and overall the hotel felt neglected. Breakfast was quite chaotic—there often weren't enough plates, and some of the food ran out before everyone had a chance to eat. I really wanted to love this place because the setting is stunning, but it seemed like the hotel needs much better maintenance and organization. With more attention to cleanliness, preparation, and guest service, it could become a wonderful destination.

Very quiet location, stunning mountain views, large rooms with high ceilings, a nice balcony with small private jacuzzi. Not many guests around. Very nice views from the main pool / restaurant which also has a good food and drink menu. You can rent a motorbike although it is quite expensive at 450 baht per day and I had to ask for a helmet. I highly recommend that you stay at this great hotel for either a short or long stay - I stayed for 6 days and wasn't bored at all. Whether you want to explore the surrounding area or relax with a book or movie on the balcony, it is suitable for singles, couples or families. Cons No safety deposit box in the room. The room was cleaned just 2 times in 6 days and I had to keep asking for cleaning and consumables (water, tissue, shower soaps etc). The staff were good but it seems like the hotel isn't efficient - dishes left out at breakfast are still on tables several hours later even though the hotel is not busy. Breakfast is repetitive and minimal but okay - again it wasn't run very efficiently and customers have to keep asking for things like cups, milk, sugar etc. Some of the food was luke warm so not great. There are lots of pillows but they are all the same thickness (too thick for me) so I had to use a smaller one from one of the chairs.

以下內容僅為個人感受，僅供參考。 度假村的位置應該是位於素貼山上，從清邁市區打車過去大概是26-29公里，路程時間在30分鐘左右，花費大概450泰銖。 進度假村的時候有一個巨陡的坡，進出有且僅有這一條路。辦理入住前並不知道前台在哪裡，沒有明確的指示。辦理入住時全程0溝通，一頭霧水，莫名其妙。 進房間時，房間衞生狀況一般，地板上有風乾小蟲，洗手盆、枱麪和牆壁上有半風乾小蟲。本身度假村處於山上，衞生狀況較難維持，可以理解。 度假村應該是新建剛投入使用不久，沒有健身房，泳池也很小，水質一般，淋水位置也不方便，入住這幾天並沒有看到有游泳的人。 雖是新建，但裝修有點一言難盡，房間桌子很高，陽台門關不緊，部分紗窗關不上，晚上洗澡的時候更是發現頂噴淋浴竟是壞的，有倒下的風險。 不僅如此，空調位置正對床鋪，不管怎麼調出風方向，都能吹到風，但被子又很厚，夜裡身體又容易熱醒。房間內配有冰箱，打開看到裏面的衞生狀況更是不敢使用…… 度假村應該是在一個小村子裏，村子裏沒有什麼餐廳，有幾間雜貨鋪，還有幾個燒烤路邊攤，但需要上下門口的陡坡，很考驗體力，所以我入住期間衹出去過一次。因此衹能選擇度假村用餐。 但是！度假村的餐廳口味於我而言難吃到爆！海鮮炒飯很多油，海鮮還沒味……第二天點的美式早餐更是不可理喻地油，用吐司吸完油也膩…… 飲料喝了泰奶喝美式，中規中矩吧，住的這幾天基本上就是在液斷了。 最後一晚八點多的時候突然停電，一開始還以為是房間跳閘，出來找服務枱也是黑燈瞎火的，沒有任何應急電源，後來才知道是區域短暫斷電，大概十幾分鍾後才重新通電。 退房的時候，依舊是0溝通，在等待了十幾分鍾之後發現前台小姐姐去沖咖啡了，於是我詢問我可以走了嗎，她説可以…… 儘管如此，風景是不錯的，這是唯一的優點了
