Sangat bersih, fasilitasnya baru, kamarnya sangat besar, dengan tempat tidur ganda dan tempat tidur bayi. Ada Sainsbury, Pizza Hut di lantai bawah, 7 menit berjalan kaki dari George Square.

Very basic hotel with little amenities. Quite affordable. Mattresses need to be replaced urgently

Facilities were excellent. Clean. Lovely towels. Good TV. Comfortable climate. Quiet. Easy, courteous check-in. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to tune airport shuttle bus. An excellent alternative to staying at the airport hotels when one’s departure flight is not too early.

房間比想象中要好，乾淨，有浴缸，對於疲憊的我來説，晚上能泡澡是一種享受。
但有個印象深刻的問題，攜程提供的地址與在地圖中直接打開的定位是不一致的，我用的是複製地址在谷歌打開後導航的，結果是二個方向，走了一段冤枉路，這個一定要改過來啊。

Honestly? The location is so convenient, easily accessed, check in was a bit of a man one, nothing too bad. However the staff were AMAZING!! I’d like to shout out, Emily behind the bar, Tommy for helping me, and Cara in the restaurant and Lily on breakfast. Flawless staff and a real asset to the company!

The rooms are much bigger than I expected. The shower is great. All the information about parking was clear. I loved the coffee in the bar. The staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean! Loved it.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Most of the staff were really nice. You can store your bags after you check out. The Premier Plus rooms have a small fridge, more lighting options and the room itself seems bigger. I’d say it’s worth paying a bit more for a Plus room. Negatives - the toilet roll holder was hanging off. The room was quite hot and stuffy. The windows don’t open. There is air con, which helped, but it was quite noisy. The bar is a bit pricey. Would stay again though as location is great and the room is nice.

Excellent location for the hop on hop off Glasgow tour bus and for the train stations. Good location for pubs playing live music. Recommend and would return.

Good location but that's about it. Booked a double room, put in a twin so not a very comfortable night's sleep. Reception was slow for checking in as the self service machine wouldn't accept my details, receptionist was quite rude. Breakfast food decent but coffee absolutely terrible and when I went to get some continental after my cooked I came back to my table having been cleared including unfinished juice removed. Not up to the usual Premier Inn standard at all.
