"I am rarely 'blown away' by hotels but Citizen M truly blew me away and exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the staff member who greeted me was super friendly, asked me about my trip and the check in process was probably the easiest, fastest and most modern process I have ever experienced anywhere. When I walked into the room, I almost thought I walked into the wrong room because the size of the bed was HUGE (much bigger and better in real life than displayed in the pictures). The room itself was also much bigger than I expected, and so very modern and 'cool' like a spaceship. It had a homely feel and had some truly unique features like an ipad to control the TV, the lights (brightness and colour - very cool again!!), blinds (and more) and you could even play games with the lights. There was a moment where I truly felt I could spend an entire day just in the hotel room because it was so fun being in there and I looked forward to coming home to my hotel every night."

Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I’d happily return. Great value, good service and plenty of personality!"

"I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room itself was a little on the smaller side, but honestly perfect for two people - comfortable, cosy, and with everything we needed. We had two beds which were really comfortable, and the room included some nice touches like a coffee machine, plenty of towels, and good quality toiletries. The location was also great - close to the city centre, easy to get around, and quiet enough at night for a good sleep. Everything felt safe and well looked after. The only slight downside was that the service could be a bit slow at times. For example, when calling reception for something, it sometimes took quite a while for them to respond or bring what we asked for. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to be aware of if you’re in a hurry. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel had great amenities, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again."

Akhirnya, ketika saya sampai di kamar, kartu ucapan ditujukan kepada Judith_David, tidak ada hubungannya dengan pemesanan kami. Tidak ada perlengkapan dasar seperti topi mandi, minimal dua kantong teh dan susu. Kamar yang suram menghadap area tempat sampah, yang membuat kami terbangun tiga kali di tengah malam karena botol-botol tumpah, sehingga tidur kami sangat terganggu. Menghadiri acara di hotel dan selama setiap hidangan, tempat duduk saya tidak diatur, saya harus memanggil pelayan untuk mengatasi hal ini. Teh datang lagi, tetapi saya tidak diatur, akhirnya teh dibawakan, tetapi air yang disajikan ke meja kami berwarna pucat dan terang, jelas mereka tidak memasukkan cukup kantong teh untuk teko, jadi saya harus kembali dengan kantong teh fisik agar orang-orang dapat memasukkannya ke dalam cangkir mereka. "1. There is feces left on the toilet. 2. The interior decoration of the room is completely inconsistent with the photos shown on the platform. 3. The room is relatively cold. 4. "This hotel is incredibly convenient for train travelers. There's an exit right from the train station, and you just cross the street to reach the hotel. The facilities are quite new. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, which is standard in my home country but not always the case abroad, where many hotels won't actively clean, empty trash, or change towels during a multi-night stay. The electric bed in the room felt unnecessary; our room was spacious enough that they could have easily added a couple of chairs without much cost, which would have greatly improved the guest experience."
