Dibutuhkan sekitar 1.200 yen untuk naik taksi dari hotel ke Stasiun JR, dan dibutuhkan kurang dari 10 menit untuk naik taksi dari Stasiun Furano. Tersedia pemandian air panas umum gratis, jadi saya tidak pergi ke sana pada akhir pekan karena lebih banyak orang yang menginap. Fasilitas di dalam kamar relatif tua. Satu-satunya titik terang adalah wanita muda di meja depan dapat berbicara 6 bahasa Inggris, yang merupakan yang terbaik di antara semua petugas layanan yang saya temui hari ini. Selain itu, hanya ada beberapa pusat layanan wisata yang bisa berbahasa Inggris relatif fasih berbahasa Inggris. Ruangannya lebih besar dari yang ada di Sapporo, dan dua kotak bisa dibuka sekaligus, tapi ukurannya terbatas. Sarapannya lumayan. Walaupun hotel bintang 3, sarapannya pasti lebih enak daripada hotel bintang 4 domestik. Saya rasa semua hotel di Hokkaido punya nasi kari untuk sarapan. Saya menyukainya. Secara khusus, saya tidak tahu apa itu layanan antar-jemput, saya bertanya kepada pihak hotel dan mengatakan bahwa saya belum pernah mendengar tentang layanan seperti itu, jadi saya hanya dapat memanggilkan taksi untuk Anda.

Dekat sekali dengan Forest Elf House, dan lingkungan sekitar sangat asri. Pasti sangat indah jika menginap di musim dingin, tapi sayang kalau berkunjung saat musim panas. Saya pasti akan datang lagi lain kali. Ski dan gunung pendakian adalah favoritku.

Sikap layanannya sangat baik, dan makanannya ternyata sangat lezat! Fasilitas hotelnya juga sangat lengkap, ada pemandian air panas, mesin cuci, dan vending machine. Tapi hotelnya sudah sangat tua, kamarnya masih memiliki kunci tradisional, dan interiornya terasa agak tua

Once again to recommend this hotel, I so lucky to find this hotel because it’s all good. The stuff is so nice. The real of the hotel is so freaking perfect. The breakfast is so cheap and good service. Everything you want you can ask the stuff in front of thelounge to call the taxi so you can ask them so that is easy hotel, and a cheap one I think

Great hotel for its price, nearby the Furano Prince ropeway and ski areas only 5 minutes by taxi or their daily shuttle bus that only service once 8.30am and back 6pm to and from the prince ropeway ski area. For dinner, it was close when we're there so I had to walk 15 mins to the nearest Lawson convince store in the snow. Recommend to get your lunch or dinner prepared before coming here. Room was clean and complete. Thanks for the hotel for a great stay

Stay 4 nights for skiing at Furano. It relies completely on shuttle bus to & from the 2 Furano ski areas -- not too frequent & there's only 1 service to the Kitanomine Zone. There's also just 1 shuttle service to/from Furano town center and it requires 1 day advance booking! Most frontline staffs are not Japanese, probably Philippinos? They speak good English (naturally) as well as Japanese (need to be). They are polite enough, but, I guess, due to a lot of restrictions from the hotel policies, many of the guests' requests are not entertained. Room is spacious, but the room heating (with the only working air-con unit in room) requires some tweaking to make the room warm enough for sleeping. Public onsen is small, we once met 6~7 big guys in the small onsen bath in which we had to sit shoulder-to-shoulder in two opposite rows and not move. We rented ski equipment from the hotel (it's cheap compared to that from the Furano Ski Resort/ Prince Hotel rental), for convenience to put on everything before shuttling to the ski area. The equipment is aged. The staff who helped us fit the gears first day was not knowledgeable enough to pick the right boots & skies with right length. After one day of struggling (my wife got her feet hurt w/ pain on her toes), we switched gears the 2nd day. Another man (who's more knowledgeable) helped us fit our boots and changed my wife's & my skies to shorter ones. The skies for my kid was also not properly set, it's too tight for his boots to click-in. He managed to click-onto the skies with my help the first 2 days; but on the 3rd day, we couldn't any more while in front of the chair lifts. Fortunately, we went into the (Prince Hotel) ski rental outlet to ask for help, those professional guys in there helped us adjusted the bindings on his skies to fit his boots well. Lastly, we booked with breakfast & dinner included. We found very few people took the dinner there. It's a small buffet (same every day) with rotating main dishes (e.g. fondue, shabu shabu, etc.) every 3 nights. Not sure if I had too much of those fatty cheap meat, I had diarrhea the last evening before my departure. It took me 2~3 days to fully recover!

The room was pretty nice and spacious, but it didn’t quite justify the price. I expected more given the cost. One notable downside is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Additionally, I found it perplexing that the smoking area is located on the second floor, in a passageway that non-smoking guests also need to use. It’s open-air with only a curtain separating it.

Recommend only for self drive travelers. For those who take public transportation is not. It is 13 mins away from bus station by foot. Service just Ok. Provide just enough service. Did not provide any extra more service. Most of the service they say they have but usually need to make reservation 1~3 days in advance. Shuttle Bus from Hotel to Furano station runs on only 17:30 and no return pickup service. Only drop off. And also cannot make reservation on the day you arrive.

Nice stay at the hotel, close to the Ningle Terrace, big parking spots for free for car, affordable stay!
