Kamarnya tua tapi rapi. Staf restoran sangat baik dan sopan. Lokasi hotelnya juga bagus.

I love this hotel.My stay here was great and staffs is incredible.The locatiin is convenient to Hakata station and restaurant area.The best is breakfast which good choice ,variety and so delicious.

Unfortunately nothing interesting to take photo. Only best is the convenience infront of Jr and bus stop. Also there are underpass from JR to hotel. Only that the underpass exit gate is closed when the shops are closed so it is not opened 24 hrs. The room is not vacuum. So many rubbish under the bed. It is more old school facilities in the room. The ceiling light with thread hanging act as switch on and off. Iritating as swayed to our head as we are walking from the bed from the tv from the window. We got the highest floor with the laundry that was plus point. And the bed to our liking nit hard. We liked the location. Our bus stop just opp of the hotel and along the hotel. Breakfast is good. Hv bread gronola mango and salad for me. The breakfast area staff are ok. Nice staff. Only we hated the concierge staff as a whole ****** and unfriendly. No further detail to describe. We stayed in shin osaka last year the staff are opposite attitude from hakata.

Excellent location! It is right next to the train station and there is plenty if malls and restaurants nearby! Highly recommended! There breakfast could use more variety

The location is very good. Near JR station. Underground mall is beside the hotel, it is good for go to everywhere. The breakfast is simple but good.

If location and price are your main things then book it. Otherwise, everything else is lacking, first hotel in Japan where we have no water provided in the room.

Location is the killer here and if it's raining you dont have to worry as its connected by underground to train station next door and there is famous udon shop in asahi building which just steps away from the hotel Bfast is free but super generic. I would recommend to buy some food from convenience store to supplement it Room is just okay but worthed for a 100 sgd per day for a room with free bfast . I would stay here again if it's only a day. For few nights stay I think better stay in a more nicer plc

Very convenient and decent hotel. Nice Japanese and standard international breakfast. Good value hotel consider its price:) Good to have self service washing machine. Quiet hotel in heart of city. To improve: suggest block out curtains

Close proximity to Hakata station, short walking distance. Room were small but love the bathtub.
