My third stay with them, value for money, clean environment but the winner is definitely the host - Mr Zhang. It’s basically an Apartment unit with 2 or 3 rooms. Location is super convenient in Dadonghai - you got your beach, restaurants, snacks etc… convenient is what it is. The sea view is spell binding….

The advertising photos are different from what you got when you check-in. The suite is not clean, the TV doesn't work for English channels.

Location is good , convenience and easy access to Sanya attractions.

Perfect stay. Exactly like the photos. Great location. Spotlessly clean. No complaints. We came with a baby and was perfect.

A bit expensive, but nice place. We book here last minute because we got scammed by another host in another apartment. The view from balcony is stunning

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 20th floor. What a beautiful apartment! It had everything you need, it was clean and comfortable- beautiful views of the beach as well as the city. Unfortunately due to covid I wasn’t able to stay there longer - but the owner was so helpful and was happy to refund the nights I had to cancel. I will definitely stay here again!

I'll start with Jason's excellent service. A super helpful person who helped us since booking. We had transfer from the airport to the apartment for an affordable fee. The apartment is 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment is clean, airy, air conditioned, everything working perfectly and the beds very comfortable. Towels and sheets very clean. I will definitely come back so you can enjoy more days there.

One of the best stay ever. From the beginning to the end i had great stay. Booked place for two weeks and received a free pickup from airport. The guy who manages the apartment is very hospitable all time available for any help you need. From buying new things for the apt to receiving my personal deliveries and taking care of it. Apt itself was clean beautiful and very comfortable. Comfortable beds, big closets, clean modern bathrooms with good bath accessories. Pretty balconies with view. Kitchen needed few new equipment but on mentioning it it was provided right away. I felt at home and very well taken care of. The pool is good for kids and has a fairly decent gym too. Beach and restaurants are 6-8 mins walk away. I liked the place so much i booked it for few days more. The apt and service is absolutely wonderful.

We stayed at the Yikehai Aparment Hotel from April 2 to 12. The location of the apartments is excellent - 6 minutes to the sea, there is a swimming pool below that works until 22-00. After dinner we still had time to swim. From the photo I thought that the pool was small. In real life it is bigger, surrounded by tropical greenery and flowers, it is nice to swim and enjoy the beauty around. To the right of the hotel there are restaurants and shops. For every taste, everything is close. To the left there is a store with everything you need, the prices are normal, you can cut fruit and take a cold coconut and enjoy by the pool. The apartments themselves are very spacious, good bed linen, comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is everything you need for living. Two bathrooms, for a family this is just great. Shampoos, soap, brushes, everything is there. There are beach towels, there are swimming rings. I made an order for Tao Bao, everything arrived, there are postamats downstairs (near the central entrance there is a postamat for food, and inside the middle building on the first floor there is a postamat for parcels from stores), it is convenient to receive everything using the code. At first we could not find where the postamat is, but with the help of the local guys we found everything! And just a huge thank you to Misha, who was always in touch, always helped, and helped with the courier who brought us a hair dryer from Tao Bao))) in general, the vacation in the apartments was very positive, after the apartments we moved to a hotel. and the comparison was a plus for the apartments. I recommend it wholeheartedly and I will be happy to come back!

Amazing accommodation, just like home, convenient location, and you can see the sea. I will stay here again next time!

We had a family vacation. We liked everything. The room was clean, the kitchen had everything you need. The administrator was always in touch, helped solve problems, many thanks to him, he speaks Russian. Everything is great!

The community is very convenient for traveling and playing. There is also a swimming pool inside. The swimming pool is divided into children's area and adult area, which is really great, especially suitable for family travel. The service attitude is great, and they actively help to add children's fences. Thanks to the guy. This kitchen is really clean. It is the best one I have stayed in three homestays. The only drawback is that the sofa furniture has a sense of age. There is no independent drying area on the balcony. There is a clothesline, but the wind is too strong and the clothes are easily blown away.
