Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms with a great view! The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend going there to relax with friends or family.

Not the first time we choose this hotel for our staycation. It’s always pleasant. Spacious rooms with huge bathtubs and beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

We had the most beautiful time at the hotel. The hotel is self sufficient, you can spend days without having to go out . The buffet is amazing, the swimming pool and play area for kids is great. I would recommend for families. The manager had to go out of his way to make sure our stay was great. I will visit again.

Great as always. Nice weekend getaway. The hot springs didn’t work because the temperature outside is too high. But we enjoyed our stay anyway.

整個酒店環境非常好，王女士服務熱情，提前對接，有問題也及時迴應，給我們入住提供了很多便利，酒店公共設施維護不錯，娛樂運動場所齊全，整體就是大大的贊👍會考慮再帶父母來遊玩，享受冬日中的温泉。晚上温泉區很大容易迷路，也有工作人員引導，細節被狠狠拿捏💜

公主回家！！！ 房間：裝修比較復古，房間很大，窗外無遮擋，正對着水樂園，晚上非常安靜，窗簾非常遮光，提供一次性浴缸套； 游泳：3樓有泳池，1.5m~1.7m，新手衹敢游到中間，水很乾凈，人很少，最晚21:00之前可進，門口有賣泳衣的；同層還有健身房，乒乓球，桌球； 温泉：泳池有個門可通往户外温泉，去的那天下雨沒有開放，很遺憾，下次有機會再去體驗； 早餐：很好吃，品類很多，一定要去麪條那裡加牛肉，牛肉巨好吃； 外賣：地址寫到房間號，有機器人送到門口； 服務：工作人員態度都特別好； 洗衣服務：沒有免費的自助洗衣，需要加錢購買洗衣服務； 停車：有地面停車位，也有地下停車場，電車充電樁在地面； 小問題：房間電視用不了

整個酒店很富麗堂皇！ 進大堂的感覺就是“用力過猛”哈哈哈哈！太富麗堂皇了！但是卻不影響效果！好贊！ 每個房型都有浴缸！大床房的浴缸是圓形的，退房時哭路過，孩子馬上説下次還要去！為了圓形缸！ 套餐贈送的温泉湯，還是能找到空的湯一家三口享受！ 小周態度好 提前電話聯繫，微信加了好友，有需求回覆也很及時！服務熱情安排的風景房間都很不錯！

國慶出遊，在攜程上看到了這裏，酒店房間乾淨，周邊有山有水，空氣清新，設施很全，有温泉，泳池，健身房，自助餐等。酒店服務也很好，特別是總枱王女士服務熱情，態度不錯，很滿意。總得來説這是個值得再次打卡的酒店，👍。

國慶想找個人少的地方放鬆一下，找了好多，終於在攜程上找到浦江檀宮國際度假酒店。房間乾淨衞生，環境優美，前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，提前電話加了微信，碰到問題及時給予解決。酒店温泉和游泳池，遊樂中心設施齊全。適合一家出遊度假放鬆，去仙華山景區很近，才3公里。

每次去浦江住在檀宮已經成為了習慣，早餐豐富，房間貴氣舒適。孩子們最喜歡温泉！跟其他的酒店温泉比起來，這裏的温度是最適宜的，服務也是最好的，服務員主動幫我們調節温泉的温度，各種問題都能解決。

每次回媽媽家就會來住 挺大的度假村，温泉館+會所+酒店連一起的三座樓，喜歡泡温泉的親們很是方便哦，下午14:00-22:00温泉開放 酒店1樓的早餐廳環境很不錯，三樓小童樂園，桌球房，乒乓，麻將室，健身房，游泳都有，在酒店內不出去就可以玩樂，方便。酒店附近就是著名的仙華山，一定要去哦，大堂的小鄭也很熱情幫忙安排，期待下次回家！
