Room was not cleaned very well. Their wasn't a mattress cover on the mattress. Mattress was dirty and had several stains, food crumbs, people hair, animal hair , dust, etc.; all the above. No kitchen items were available the entire time we were there. The staff said they just didnt have any supplies. On the 3 rd day, i took my towels(bagged) to the office and requested to exchange for clean ones. She told me that they didn't have any clean towels, what hotel runs out of/doesnt have any towels??In the end, i had to pay using the onsite laundry facillity to wash my towels so i would have a clean towel for when i showered.

The property was filthy. The room smelled so strong with **** we couldn't even stay there. There was ash on the floor of the bathroom and this was supposedly a smoke free hotel. No toilet paper and the floors were sticky. The hotel manager was nice and refunded our money.

First reserved a double room had to get a single because room was not clean well after 3PM. Then room had a smell and carpet was torn spots. Got a different room it was ok. Just not a good experience.

The first few days were awesome the last day staff said she booked me a reservation for me come to find out she didnt. I allmost got kicked out.plese don't pot this is you don't want to I'm fine either way.

I couldn't even check in early because the system the lady showed me said that it was still Mar 4 even though it was Mar 5 at Midnight, since that's when I arrived. I chose to come in at that time because the lady said that they were open for 24 hours and she said it was ok to come in at that time. The check in time may have been at 3 PM, but I was going on the fact that the lady said I could come in.
