Breakfast good. Good room size. A bit out of town but a nice walk in the morning - just cold at night. Sauna was really good!

Definitely thinking going back.I loved it.

최고의 시설과 청결도를 자랑하는 호텔이었어요. 객실 내 모든 것이 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어서 정말 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 하지만 방음이 거의 되지 않아 주변 소음이 들렸고, 위치가 번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 도보로 이동하기에는 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다.

On the plus side the hotel is well located for a reasonable walk to and from town for dining or shopping. This is important since Uber is not available and walking is a nice alternative to arranging taxis. On the down side the rooms can be very warm in the summer. Ours had an air conditioner and although it had a water leak, we were happy to have the unit available since our room would otherwise be miserably hot. We think our room was extra hot, as were others in our entire hallway according to neighbors. due to proximity to the spa. Neither of the other two rooms for our group had air conditioners but the front desk was able to provide fans upon request. A big shout out to Walter for helping. We wish we knew about fans on the first night since it was very hot for the rest of the family. The property did have some water supply issues, beyond their control, that were tied to city municipal system repairs. The hotel did their best to maintain consistent water supply, via their back-up systems, through most of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Diners may wish to be very cautious with fresh milk that may sit out for a long period and not be chilled, or other perishable food items at the buffet, that could cause problems due to long open exposure to warm dining room conditions for long time spans .

Nice hotel, very well located. Breakfast and staff all good. The swimming pool is very good also, warm, clean and good size. We did not use the spa services but looked nice. The only thing I think should be better is the gym - not many equipments - and the time it opens.. the gym opens with the spa at 10 am I think.. it could open earlier as a lot of people like to work out early in the morning and leave spa services as it is.

After brilliant experiences all over Argentina, Arakur in Ushuaia, Los Cerros in El Chalten, to hotels in Bariloche, BA. Mendoza etc, we were excited to stay here at Lagos. How disappointing. The breakfast was the quality of a hotel one third the price. They could not control guests at 1am from running up and down hallways, partying in rooms. The walls have no insulation, so my wife could hear snoring through her ear plugs, through a wall. The staff were obnoxiously rude. The rooms dated, no free water. At least they were clean. The lobby is nice, the pool beautiful. The chainsaw, mower and other power tools all day outside window, for three days though has been testing. Ask to speak to manager and got nothing. Changing rooms to cheaper one but not getting refundwas also hard. Do not recommend

Hotel is made of cardboard. Walls super thin and there is zero control of other guests. I know it’s hard to control but when other guests leave their door Ld open and party in the halls come on!?! At least Daniel at front desk moved us. Some runs have micro safes and barely any room to put anything incl a laptop. No hot water one morning. Fun taking a shower. Mattresses were poor and warped. Breakfast was pretty lousy. Pool and spa looked okay. Dirt, dusty road to walk to downtown. Do not get a room on first floor. Workers loom in you room and can’t leave window open for some fresh air since no A/C. Hard pass.

Es una muy buena opción de 4 estrellas. El servicio es amable y cálido. La piscina es amplia y muy bien calefaccionada. El restaurante podría ofrecer un mejor timing, hay demora entre cada pedido, pero la carta es muy interesante, con diversas opciones, tanto de platos como de bebidas. Contar con la bodega Piatelli indica que hay una búsqueda cuidadosa por detrás.

O hotel em si é excelente, bons quartos, muito bem conservado, ótimo restaurante que permite refeições com muito conforto. Funcionários bem treinados e eficientes, café da manhã suficientemente bom. Peca um pouco na localização, meio distante do centro. Dá para ir a pé porém na volta tem uma subida desconfortável.

Esta bien , no para 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y se ecucha todo pared de por medio. El desayuno es de intermedio para regular, no 4 estrellas. Para pasar de las habitaciones al Spa o la piscina, hay que ir por el restaurant. El Spa tiene poco personal y le falta profesionalidad en su tarea. Son muy amables y educadas , pero no buenas masajistas. Falta de intimidad en las habitaciones si no se corren bien las cortinas.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, tiene una vista increible. Es impagable tener pileta climatizada y sauna en el hotel luego de un largo dia de frio y nieve. Muy completo en cuanto a instalaciones, es un alivio poder cenar en el hotel. El chef y los camareros super atentos y todos muy amables. Nos gustaria que la proxima respeten el cartel de No molestar que colgamos en la puerta, ya que el personal de limpieza ingreso igualmente para reponer los insumos del baño. Por otro lado seria recomendable que los viajeros podamos solicitar una taza de te sea la hora que sea, ya que nos dijeron que solo era hasta las 23.30. Sacando estas dos observaciones tuvimos muy buena experiencia y nos gusto mucho el hotel.
