Close to the new area amenities and the Binhai Library, which we wanted to see. Also close to the railway station. Parking was very convenient. Hotel staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Hotel was clean and felt safe. Got a good night sleep. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again.

Extremely uncomfortable stay during winter. The hotel heating worked extremely well… too well in fact… the room felt like an oven at 28 degrees. A/C could not be adjusted as cooling is turned off during winter. Had to settle for a room change to one that was not sun-facing and was an amazing 2 degrees cooler! Did not manage to get any sleep unfortunately.

Good location. I stayed here many many years ago when it was named Holiday Inn. Surprised seeing they maintain quite well.

Friendly staff and in a great location to visit the TEDA Soccer Stadium (the reason for our visit). The room was ok, a bit dated and the bed was comfy. My main issue was that the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast was nice.

Brilliant experience. Really nice hotel and very welcoming staff. The desk clerk was fluent in English which enhanced my whole experience. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

After checking in, there was a problem with the room, so we changed rooms. The front desk staff had a bad service attitude and quarreled with customers. Because I was in a hurry for this trip, I didn't have time to read the reviews carefully. I thought this hotel was not cheap, so I chose this one, but it turned out to be a waste of money! There are too many options at the same price. If you haven't placed an order, don't place an order. If you look at the reviews, you will know that the poor service attitude is a habitual offender and will not change. It's hard to change the hardware conditions in a short time, but the service attitude is also very poor! It's too outrageous that such a management level can still be five-star. I won't come again, and I don't recommend it!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room is in a great location, next to the shopping mall and subway station. Xiaodi at the front desk provided very good service and was very attentive. I would recommend it to my friends for a stay experience! Very good

The stay was very comfortable so I stayed another night. It is just 100 meters from the subway exit, with direct access to Tianjin Station and convenient for going to Tanggu for dinner. The breakfast was rich and different dishes were served the next day. The swimming pool was less crowded, the water quality was good, and the light was bright. The front desk service was considerate and thoughtful, good reviews, I will come again next time I go on vacation~

The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very unique from the outside. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities. I recommend staying here.

The room was very good, the service was great, the big bed was comfortable and not crowded with children, the bath water was very warm, the breakfast was rich, and the night was quiet. I highly recommend it! I will stay here again next time I come to Tianjin.
