There was a delayed check-in due to internet problem in the hotel. The service was not too bad. The food in the restaurant was nice. Overall, the price-quality ratio is satisfactory.

Great location being close to the airport and also close to Newark Penn station. Amazing staff and great breakfast every morning!

It was ok , i bit pricey for the room , very great breakfast. And a free shuttle to go to the airport.

Close to Airport, much more reliable than stay in NYC and rush over through the horrible traffic to catch a flight. huge room with duo queen beds. The towels are old and look dirty. Sound-proof is not good, I can hear upstairs moving furniture and shower, etc, and can hear frequent train horn because this hotel is quite close to the train station.

The smell of paint is indeed strong. I don't know if the furniture is painted or something. The front desk service is good and the guy is very friendly. I didn't have breakfast because I had an early flight. I guess there are only a few options. Breakfast in American hotels is quite impetuous.

There was a car to the airport at around 3am, which was really nice.

Even though the hotel is considered non-smoking, our first room we were given smelled like we couldn't stay in it. We asked to change the room and when we opened the doors we tried the people who lived there…in the end we changed 4 rooms to find at least one that doesn't smell and nobody lives in it. The place where the hotel is located is not safe, you will find it in the middle of the works and ruined buildings. The area seems quite dangerous, I recommend moving only by calling a taxi. The structure is old, dirty, the staff at the reseption was not very involved in customer service. Then luckily we only stayed there one night, while we were sleeping we heard the fights and knocks of objects against the doors of the other guest rooms. In short, the place is terrible, unsafe and highly discouraged. We had booked the same hotel on our way back but luckily canceled it. A suck.
