Hotel ini sangat nyaman untuk menginap di kota utama Chiangmai yang dekat dengan Gerbang ChangPheuk. Kamarnya besar dan bersih. Para staf sangat baik dan ramah. Saya pasti akan menginap di sana lagi 👍

Lokasi bagus di kota tua, tepat di sebelah beberapa restoran lezat dan berjalan kaki singkat ke beberapa kuil yang indah. Terletak beberapa pintu dari bar jazz yang harus Anda periksa! Ruangan itu bersih dan nyaman, dan kami bahkan memiliki pemandangan indah dari jendela kuil. Staf sangat membantu dan kami akhirnya memperpanjang masa tinggal kami selama beberapa hari ekstra.

Saya akan merekomendasikan The Hotel karena semuanya sangat bersih dan nyaman untuk tidur santai. Hotel dekat bandara dan mereka memiliki layanan gratis ke bandara. Tempat yang bagus!!

Kursi toilet terlalu tua dan Kasur terlalu empuk untuk tidur.

It was a good stay and comfy. Apart from reaching my room which was quite a distance because of how the hotel is built, everything was perfect. Very near to 7-11 and good for pickup for tours if you booked one. Also near massage parlors. And about 15mins walking distance to Sunday walking market.

Clean, spacious room with a good air conditioner and a comfortable (firm) bed. The room had a wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror. Extra pillows were provided upon request and we were able to check in a bit early at no additional cost. Location is right on the border of the Old City, very close to a 7-11 and a night street food market.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing a concerning situation I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel from 26 to 28. During my stay, I reported a missing item that I believed had been lost in my room. However, when I sought assistance from your staff, they did not listen to my explanation or take my concern seriously. Instead, they dismissed the matter and implied that the item had not been lost at the hotel. This lack of attention to my issue was both frustrating and disappointing. As a guest, I expected more respect and support in handling such concerns. I kindly ask that you review this matter and ensure that future guests’ concerns are taken seriously and handled professionally.

A spacious room with all the basic amenities provided, nothing to complain about the service and the location.

For a budget hotel, it's not too shabby, but the Wi-Fi connection leaves much to be desired.

The hotel is decent and in an excellent location, but it feels a bit dated. It's conveniently within walking distance to the street food market.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything went smoothly: check in, check out. Clean room and close to any activities in the old town. Thank you

Overall not a bad location in old city. No breakfast.no gym.

Fair and enough space

The previous reviews about the paper thin walls are true. The location is excellent though. It’s all right for the price you pay. Clean and it’s perfect for a couple of nights.
