We had a great stay at this hotel for 2 days. It's warm, cozy, clean, and very neat. It's easy to check in . There are many restaurants around the hotel . The view is amazing. Will definitely stay there again

It’s a nice clean loft perfect for a group or family. Very nice and clean interior, super convenient and close to subway just 50m away. Booking was smooth and the staff were friendly. Checkin time was 2pm which i think should be 12. All the restaurants and coffee shops are downstairs and you can even order the food in room. Rest everything was great. Хорошее местоположение. Рядом площадь синхай. Метро в шаговой доступности, это очень удобно. Большой номер, просторный. В номере всё есть для жизни. Но очень плохо убирали номер. Постоянно нужно было напоминать о себе. Полы за 10 дней помыли 1 раз и лишь только потому, что мы об этом попросили. Везде пыль.

酒店的位置是真不錯，夜晚看星海廣場很方便，太漂亮了，複式房子跟網上圖片基本一致，小朋友非常喜歡，唯一不足的地方就是阿姨沒能每天來打掃，第一天入住，浴室還留着之前顧客頭髮堵着地漏，很明顯沒怎麼認真打掃，這一塊建議改進一下會更完美哈！

房間的窗户是壞的，而且窗户沒有紗網，孩子入住有安全隱患； 茶几枱麪灰塵很多，保潔應該是有段時間沒有打擾了； 廁所馬桶的蓋也沒有擦還有臟東西，地面説擦地了，跟沒擦沒兩樣，床品也有臟印記； 滑梯邊上圍欄有釘子出來，跟前台發訊息溝通，為沒有回覆，後來也就湊活一個晚上，因為第二天一早6點多就得起，所以也就湊活一個晚上； 總之很差的入住體驗。（將近1000一個晚上真的是......）

來大連來的朋友 千萬別定他家了 我真的難以忘懷 灰都是最可以接受的問題 沒有衞生紙 地上水池裡的頭髮 洗手間沒刷乾淨不説 馬桶蓋還是壞的 最最噁心的是 一個帶屎💩的馬桶刷在那裡放着 除了前台的 小姑娘 幫我拿個薰𫘜器 其他的基本沒有服務 早早的就都下班了 就一個前台的人值班 你收了500多的房費 你不得有點樣子嗎 床單也是破的 我買的一次性的鋪上了 洗澡的浴區 下水還不通暢 一洗澡滿洗手間全都是水 真的叫人好難忍受 止步吧 不整頓 還會有更多差評 我第二天定的金石灘的酒店 不到五百 讓我感到舒心 衹能説 真不是要求高 是真的太差了 太差了！！！

九百多塊的收費住出了九十塊家庭旅館的感覺，環境，設計都不錯，比較適合居家旅行，看評價説有味道還以為是個別朋友嗅覺靈敏，住進去才發現真的🈶味道，而且地面不乾淨，孩子還在玩的地方撿出來襪子亂七八糟的，前台看着臟亂，最可氣是洗澡到一半沒熱水了，真心建議老闆關注一下。

本來以為驕傲的大連人雖然gdp越來越爛但是還是懂生活的，結果還是高估了大連人的生活品質，房間一進去一樓衞生間滿地水，明明寫的雙套房其實是上下兩層開放式結構，重點來了，一上二樓推門進去龐臭！房間臭到你懷疑人生！叫保潔進來重新更換所有床品也不行！就跟牆裡埋了**一樣！讓酒店換房間也不給換，真的服務特別差！再就是他這個房間結構空調是吹不到二樓的，導致晚上睡覺又臭又悶又熱！兩個衞生間衹有二樓的能洗澡，裏面小的都挪不開腚！連個毛巾架都沒有！作為攜程的鑽石💎會員，這是我第一次寫差評，蒼天為證每一句都是真話！望大家避坑！
