Ulasan Novotel London Greenwich

Fasilitas: Saklar AC rusak, setelah tiga hari pelaporan tidak ada yang memperbaikinya, jadi saya harus memperbaikinya sendiri. Wastafel tersumbat air. Kebersihan: Selama lima hari, seprai dan selimut tidak diganti. Lingkungan: Transportasi cukup nyaman. Dibutuhkan lima menit berjalan kaki ke kereta bawah tanah. Pelayanan: Kecuali untuk sarapan dan pelayanan restoran sarapan yang sangat baik, yang lainnya berantakan. Saya memesan tempat tidur queen dan dua tempat tidur sofa, namun hanya mendapatkan satu tempat tidur queen dan tempat tidur sofa. Tidak akan merekomendasikan tinggal di sini.

Decent Hotel. Nothing overly spectacular. It’s right next to train station which is a big plus. Breakfast can be quite chaotic they seem to run out of things and when it’s busy there’s not much space so can get crowded. Bar area is nice and food is nice but pricey.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and nice bar. Only downside is aircon didn’t work and it was stiflingly hot in room.

Nice room & friendly staff. Was the pickup point for an Expat 14 day coach tour of UK/Ireland so was very convenient.

The room is big, very clean, comfortable, the view is beautiful facing Geneva Lake, bed is big and comfortable, guest can go gym

Good location, just 1min walk from Greenwich station. The room is big and the breakfast is good.

Hotel in a good location, staff are friendly and the rooms are pretty clean

The hotel is close to the Train and quite close to Tube station. The hotel room is nice and big. The toilet is nice and big as Novotel hotels are. To ask for amenities I had to ask a few times before they offered me one. However when I asked with another staff they gave it to me right away, which leads me to question their service standards. The dinner at the hotel took extremely long to prepare. The breakfast buffet was good but there were no vegetables/salads available. Wide range of fruits. The AC was nice.

Good location, a few station from O2. But Room is for disable, no roll tissue available. Old and very basic facilities, hard to adjust water temp. Staff or people just keep knocking your door and then go away.

Excellent location close to the train and DLR station. Good size room.

Location was very close to the concert venue. But although there is on site parking it’s super expensive
