This hotel is a fantastic deal for the money and is definitely a 4 star rating. It’s ideally located next to a ton of amenities such as coffee, juicery, yoga studio , etc

不錯的入住體驗，設施標準。假日酒店基本是赴美旅行的性價比之王了。2星一般都可以住到3星標準。非常合適租車旅行的家庭。需常住的話，我們會首選假日。

The property is a bit old but clean and conveniently located if you’re in town for Sea World or Legoland. I was a bit annoyed that the ice machine didn’t work the 2 days I was there. When I informed the front desk, the clerk recommended that I walk to the CVS next door (at 9pm).

Our rooms were not ready at 4:00. We got there about 3:00 and she said 1 room was ready, then she said neither room was ready. She would text us 10 min before they would be ready. We had drove 16 hours, exhausted. With 2 kids ready to see the sights, we walked to the beach. At 4:00 we went back to the hotel and rooms were still not ready. The man that was now at the desk was beyond rude. The lady that was there got us towels since our kids were wet from the beach. When finally 1 room was ready we went up and it was a little while before our 2nd room was ready. Side note- we did request an early check in for 2:00. As we sat in the lobby other guests were checked in. The breakfast every morning was horrible, nothing was hot or even warm. No selection and most trays were close to being empty.

My stay included free parking, but the hotel asked me to charge $75 in my credit card and they took $32 in two days parking fee! I should be reimbursed that amount. Other than that, we were happy at the hotel

This was great hotel for our purposes. Location was good with restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The check in was great, room was fine, Jacuzzi was smaller.. but the breakfast served moldy breads, every croissant and some of the bagels had mold, so I tossed them and I told the staff, they said they would check them and replace, how're when we went for a fresh croissant, it still had mold so we just tossed that too

It was a nice stay. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The fact it was close to the beach and walking distance to various stores was nice.. the hot tub was filthy, there were spiders in my room, the plug on the desk didn't work, plus it looks like someone tried to patch the ceiling and failed horribly. The handicap room (what was reserved by me) has a fire alarm door bell (along with the flashing light) not good for my husband who has seizures. The front desk did not alert me about it so when my child rang the doorbell it scared my husband to where his body reacted and started seizing. Would not recommend, will definitely not be staying again.

Very enjoyable stay. Hotel was clean, bedding and linens of a good quality, staff was helpful, and the location was very convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, great pool and hottub. Room was clean and set up nicely.👍

Hotel served it's purpose for a one night stop over. Very run down, dirty carpet throughout hallways and room. Breakfast was better than expected. Property is in need of major renovations. Obviously hasn't had upgrades in a long time. Front counter and breakfast staff were all great. Very professional and polite.
