Pelayanannya buruk sekali! Hanya ada satu orang di meja resepsionis. Kami diberi sarapan gratis saat check-in dan sudah memesan layanan antar-jemput bandara gratis. Saat kami bangun pagi ini, restorannya sudah tidak ada. Staf meja resepsionis bilang mereka tidak bisa membantu, dan petugas yang bekerja kemarin sedang tidak bekerja, jadi kami tidak bisa makan! Layanan antar-jemput bandara itu penting sekali, dan mereka tidak punya reservasi. Mereka hanya bilang tidak bisa dan menyuruh kami menunggu sampai pulang kerja! Saya tidak akan kembali!

The hotel is very clean Staff are polite Have free parking for hotel guests It is more convenient if you have your own car rental as location is remote Not many facilities around The area is calm and safe and clean as well

Nice staff. No amenities included in the room (only soap). Free shuttle pick up on time, drop off was a bit chaotic.

The shuttle  is available till 23:30. I like the service , the cleanliness. The breakfast is excellent.

Everything is great. Just the pool and wellness is not available during that time. They provide the public area but it is too full. Everything else is nice. Staff are great. Room is clean and spacious.

We stayed in this hotel because our flight is noon time the next day. Get a Uber to Terminal 1 about 15 mins. Room is spacious, clean. Breakfast included. Room rate is reasonable. Recommend to stay.

This hotel is ideally located for layovers thanks to its close proximity to the airport. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is a major convenience. However, getting into central Paris can be a bit tricky and expensive, so keep that in mind if sightseeing is part of your plans. The amenities are excellent. The pool is just a five-minute walk from the hotel, and there's a well-equipped gym on site. Breakfast offers a large and varied selection, which is a great start to the day. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the overall experience very pleasant. A great choice for travellers looking for convenience and comfort near the airport.

Their shuttle service is fantastic. However, they charge you extra money if you need a early check in.
