Phillip Island Townhouses

Overall very nice, but the bottom floor has a funky smell (possibly from the toilets) and a lot of knocking noises at night probably from the piping

Very basic accommodation, didn’t realise so far from sea , no views , balcony very unappealing

Comfortable location and easy parking access. Only issue is there is no WIFI provided inside the unit and not as advertised on the internet services. Overall, a memorable stay in Phillip Island !

Everything was just right except there was no wifi which was Abit of a downer but also encouraged us to stay active out doors

We really enjoyed our stay here for the week we were in Phillip Island. Really clean and spacious townhouse with filled kitchen supplies. Nice and close to shops and tourist attractions. Quiet and easy to get to. Reception staff were lovely and easy to talk to. Option to pre check in made it much easier. Overall great experience and if we are ever to stay in Phillip Island again, we will more than likely book there to stay.

It was a roomy property but the furniture looked second hand. The design of the building was unusual in that windows did not open and so they were dirty as was the louvre window. The downstairs bathroom had no where to place soap etc. It was not a functional space.

I love how big the place was and how the rooms where set up

What can be improved: - *** No internet **** - No door lock in any room including master bedroom - No hangers in cupboards - bring your own - *VERY* congested garage parking if you have an SUV / family car (7 or 8 seater) like Mazda CX9. Needs a very careful reverse car park. - TV is not smart - even if you bring your own portable internet, you can't watch Netflix on TV, you need to bring your own android box with HDMI cable as well :( - Bad quality electric oven - takes ages to cook (bring your own portable burner with gas) - Too many ants quickly gather around any dropped food. If you have small kids, keep an eye on them always not to drop any sweets around. - Master bedroom has extra uncovered windows on top which makes sleeping extremely difficult if you tend to sleep a bit longer in the morning during your vacation. - No door locks in any toilet

Located close to town which made it easy to get around without using the car. Spacious apar**ent quiet location. Parking right at your door. Tight car parking especially if you have a larger car. Being on the taller side we found the couch and fridge on the low side also it was mentioned on the add for this property that there was a bbq but we could not find one.
