Upon arrival had problems with TV but problem was fixed within two minutes. Also had problems with getting in the room due to bad key lock but again got fixed very quick. Cleaning staff and maintenance was very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.

It seemed weird having to leave a deposit for a remote control, we asked and paid for one bedroom but the bed was full-sized, and I'm a big boy so my wife and I could barely fit. The AC made a lot of noise and the room was big enough to have a bigger bed but other than that the bellboy was super nice, the cleaning ladies were always extremely nice, and the front desk could work on a smile from time to time.

Booked this hotel for my parents, they both enjoyed their stay. Very close to the U.S consult, the hotel also provided transportation to any appoin**ents my mom had, would recommend.

The location is as close to perfect as it can get if you have business to do with the consulate, with transportation to all your appoin**ents and assistance with any problems you have, the employees are friendly

Food was not good at all, when they cleaned my room they left trash like napkins didn’t even mop the bathroom or replace the dirty towels but threw away my retainers and did nothing about it when I mentioned it to the staff they kept telling me o I forgot to let the manager know and now I have to pay $200 dollars to replace them. cheap AF they couldn’t even let me borrow a pen, when I asked for it they said they limit the staff supplies. Not recommended at all
